Siberia Airlines announces a new campaign to be launched in Murmansk, unprecedented for the Russian air traffic market. From November 20 to December 20, 2003 any passenger unsatisfied with the company’s services during the flight Murmansk-Moscow-Murmansk will be guaranteed a 10% reimbursement of the flight cost.

 Siberia Airlines has declared the results of the company’s operation in October and for the first 10 months of 2003. Over 312,900 passengers were carried within October only, which is 39.5% more than in the same month last year. The traffic grew by 31.2% and amounted to 827,300,000 pkm. The company’s tonne-kilometer value went up by 28.7% and amounted to 80,900,000 tkm.

This day witnessed the start of a new Siberia Airlines’ project of charter flights from Novosibirsk and Irkutsk. On October 30 tourists from Novosibirsk departed by IL-86 aircraft to spend their fall-term vacations in Thailand and on October 31 another group went to Egypt by TU-154 aircraft. From October 31 to November 9, 2003 Siberia Airlines operated a charter flight to Thailand by TU-154 aircraft.
