The purchase process on our site is very simple and should require no more than 2 or 3 minutes to complete all four steps.
In order to find your flight, you must select a departure city and an arrival city. Once you've indicated the city pairs, select "one way" or "round trip" option as well as the dates of departure and return (for round trip tickets).
If you are not traveling alone, but rather with others such as your family, you may purchase tickets for the entire group (up to 9 people).
After you've made all of the above selections, click 'Search', and in a few seconds a search results screen will be displayed, showing all the relevant flights based on your search criteria. Once you've selected your flight, click "Continue" in order to go on to the next step.
If you want to change the search departure and return dates, simply click 'next' or 'previous' and the system will display the updated flights. If more than one flight is available, you must select one in order to continue.
Once all of your selections are made, you have completed Step 1.
Once you've clicked 'Continue' a page will be displayed with all of the selected flight details including the fare and the total cost for all indicated passengers, as well as any applicable taxes, surcharges and fees.
Each fare is associated with specific terms and conditions. You must review and agree to those terms and conditions prior to the purchase of a ticket. Click the "Here" button to review the associated terms and conditions in a separate window.
Once you have reviewed the terms and conditions of the fare, you must check the terms and conditions box on the page. If you are purchasing on our site for the first time, please click 'Continue' and go on to the next step to complete your passenger profile. If you are returning to our site, click 'Continue' and if you are a registered user, your profile information will be automatically retrieved. Once here, you may review your information and make any necessary changes or additions (if for example you are purchasing a ticket for someone else).
Please enter the Title, Last Name, First Name (enter in same format as written in your passport), Passport number and series, contact phone number, and email address which will be used to automatically reply with confirmation of your purchase.
Each of the required fields has a "details" button which will further describe the required information. By clicking the 'details' button, a new help window will be opened up.
Please remember,
you must indicate your Last Name and Passport number and series which you will be using for your flight. Once you have completed the necessary fields, click "Continue" and the system will book your reservation (reservations) on your selected flight.
Your reservation on the selected flight is complete, but you must purchase the ticket in order to book the flight. On the Payment screen, all of your itinerary details are once again displayed.
To complete purchase, you must fill out the credit card details including: Credit Card type (Visa or Mastercard), Credit Card Number (16 numbers on the face of your card), CVV/CVC code which is on the reverse side of your card, First and Last name of the card holder (as it appears on the card), and expiration date which appears on the face of your card.
Important!
We do not store your credit card information in our system. All payment details are immediately passed on to the credit card processing center. This policy helps us to secure your personal and credit card information against unauthorized use.
Once you have completed payment details, please select a ticket receipt option.
If you have selected the "Departure Airport" option, your ticket will be waiting for you at the check-in counter for your flight. If you arrive at the airport before check-in begins, you can collect your ticket at any S7 AIRLINES ticket counter at the airport. You must present your passport in order to receive your ticket.
If you select "S7 AIRLINES Ticket Office", you may pick up your ticket at any S7 AIRLINES Ticket office in any of our locations, at a convenient for you time. You must collect your ticket a minimum of 4-5 hours prior to flight check-in. You must present your passport in order to receive your ticket.
Once all payment details are completed, please click "Buy" and your credit card will be charged in Rubles.
Your payment will be processed and your ticket is confirmed. You will be directed to the Purchase Confirmation page. Congratulations, you have completed the online purchase process. Thank you for your purchase.
Once your purchase is confirmed, our system will automatically send you a flight confirmation email to the email address specified in your passenger information profile.
You may also print the confirmation from the Purchase Confirmation page by clicking 'Print'. Please retain the confirmation details for your records.
