December 26, 2002. – According to preliminary results of 2002 Siberia Airlines is to perform 20 768 flights, that is 34% more than in 2001. It is planned to convey 2 701 thousand of passengers and to transport 18 914 tons of goods within a year. In 2002 passenger and goods turnover will amount to 7 693 mln of passengers/km and 750,2 mln tons/km correspondingly. Flying hours of Siberia Airlines fleet for the current year is to increase in 33% in respect of 2001 and will make up 74 068 flying hours. Volume of work will exceed the level of 2001 showing:
- for passenger turnover - in 42%,
- for goods turnover - in 41%,
- for passengers conveyed - in 41%,
- for goods transported - in 34%.
