S7 Airlines makes over 50 flights per week to Sochi: from Moscow, Novosibirsk, Perm and a dozen other cities in Russia - the list of these cities is constantly expanding. The new offer from S7 Airlines and Park Hotel Sochi will certainly interest passengers wanting to have a rest in Sochi during the "plush" season.
From August 30 to September 16, 2007 an Autumn Sale of flight tickets by S7 Airlines will take place for practically all the routes of the airline company’s network. The sale will provide favorable tariffs not only to those people who regularly purchase flight tickets at special web-tariff prices on the www.s7.ru website, but also to all passengers who buy their tickets at traditional ticket offices and in the company’s own S7 Airlines Ticket Offices.
S7 Airlines will take part the work of the MAKS-2007 International Aviation and space Exhibition, which will take place for the 8th time in the town of Zhukovsky situated near Moscow. S7 Airlines will be presenting its exhibit in their own outdoor pavilion with an area of 80 square meters.
The primary goals for participating in the MAKS-2007 Aero-exhibition are to increase the recognition of the S7 Airlines brand, provide information to the public about the extensive route network of the Airline and to show the advantages of the electronic ticket, which has been an active component of the Airline starting in April 2007.
On August 14 at the “Kadala” Airport in the city of Chita there was a presentation of the Airbus A319 by the S7 Airlines company, on which (from August 3rd) a new regular flight (S7-119/120) was started on the Moscow - Novosibirsk – Chita route.
Specialists from S7 Airlines are making considerable efforts, so that Russian airports are prepared to receive foreign-manufactured airplanes, which are the basis of the S7 aircraft fleet. In particular, airports are provided with special equipment, the re-training of personnel, etc. The operations of the A319 on the Moscow - Novosibirsk – Chita route are being implemented on the basis of an aircraft fleet renewal program by S7 Airlines.
Starting on September 19 there will be new regular flights of S7 Airlines (No. 1017/1018) on the Sochi – Samara – Novosibirsk route. The flights will be made weekly on Tu-154M aircraft. The departure from Sochi will be on Wednesdays at 5:25 p.m., arriving in Samara at 8:45 p.m., then arriving in Novosibirsk at 3:00 a.m. the next day. The return flight on Thursdays will leave at 6:30 a.m., landing in Samara at 7:40 a.m., arriving in Sochi at 10:20 a.m.
