The first S7 Airlines Dublin-Moscow flight was christened on 27 April 2008, Easter Sunday, in the terminal building of Dublin Airport. The rite was performed by the Rector of Ss Peter and Paul Parish in Dublin Archpriest Mikhail Gogolev of the Russian Orthodox Church in Ireland.
S7 Airlines, Russia’s largest air carrier by number of transported passengers on domestic routes, is renewing its regular flights from Moscow to Varna (Bulgaria) and Simferopol (Ukraine) early in the tourism season.
The Moscow-Simferopol-Moscow flight will be operated every day from 26 April through 5 October 2008. S7 Airlines’ flights from Moscow to Varna and back began on 28 April 2008.

S7 Airlines transported 1,252,000 aviation passengers during the first three months of 2008, which is 38% more than in the first quarter of last year.
More than 440,000 passengers used the services of S7 Airlines in March 2008. This exceeds the indicator for March 2007 by 39%.
The volume of transported cargo and mail in March increased by 50% to 3,626 metric tons. A total of 9,265 metric tons of cargo and mail was transported during the first quarter of 2008.
Sibir (S7) Airlines), Russia’s largest air carrier by number of transported passengers on domestic routes, announces the opening of a new evening flight from Barnaul to Moscow and back.
S7 Airlines currently already operates a daily morning flight from Barnaul to Moscow on a new Airbus A320 airliner. The evening flight will be operated six times a week beginning 12 May 2008. The departure time from Moscow is 12.20, and from Barnaul 20.25 (local time).
