S7 Airlines commences flight operations from Novosibirsk to Krasnoyarsk

S7 Airlines, the largest Russian carrier by the number of transported passengers on domestic routes, is commencing from 7th July, 2008 regular flights on the route Novosibirsk – Krasnoyarsk – Novosibirsk. The flights will be four times a week* on aircrafts of the Airbus A320 series.

Purchase of tickets at the airlines’ website will cost a minimum of 802 rubles** for a one-way ticket.

S7 Airlines launches a new flight from Moscow to Anapa

S7 Airlines, the largest Russian carrier by the number of transported passengers on domestic routes, is launching a special additional flight from Moscow to Anapa during the summer vacation season.

The new flight to Black Sea coast will be flown daily from 1st July 2008 to 30th September 2008 on comfortable Boeing 737 aircrafts with seating arrangement of 96 seats in the economy class and 8 seats in the business class.

OJSC “Sibir Airlines” is conducting the second debenture issue

OJSC “Sibir Airlines” (S7 Airlines) announces the issue of debentures for a quantity of 2,300,000 bonds through public subscription.

The face value of each bond being issued is 1000 rubles. The issue price is equal to the face value of the bond. Bond maturity is 5 years from the date of issue. The lead manager of the issue is OJSC “Alpha Bank”.

S7 Airlines Concludes Code-Sharing Agreement* on Moscow-Yekaterinburg Route

S7 Airlines, Russia’s largest air carrier by number of transported passengers on domestic routes, announces the opening of direct flights from Moscow Domodedovo International Airport to Yekaterinburg Koltsevo Airport beginning June 23, 2008. The flights have been organized as part of a code-sharing agreement concluded with VIM-Avia.**

S7 Airlines Increases Number of Regular Flights

S7 Airlines, Russia’s largest air carrier by number of transported passengers on domestic routes, has announced the results of its activities for May 2008.

More than 500,000 passengers flew on S7 Airlines in May. This exceeds the figure for May 2007 by 18.3%. The increase in transport on domestic routes in May amounted to 35%.
