What is S7 Priority?

S7 Priority is a convenient online program for frequent flyers that makes it possible to very quickly earn reward flights and elite status privileges.

What will participation in the program do for me?

Participation in the S7 Priority program allows you to take reward flights and enjoy all the advantages of elite status including priority check-in at the counter, access to the business lounges, priority registration, seat selection, boarding and deplaning, and many other bonuses.

How does S7 Priority make getting reward flights faster?

In S7 Priority, a round-trip reward flight costs only 12,500 miles, making it the most affordable reward ticket in the Russian airline industry. What is more, S7 has a broad route network that unites Russia’s major cities. This means that wherever you fly, you always fly with S7 and accumulate miles in one program. And every flight brings you closer to a bonus ticket.

Where can I find all the routes for which I can accumulate miles with S7?

I completed flights before registering in the program. Will the miles be counted?

Yes, you will be credited with miles for all flights completed on regular S7 flights in the 3-month period before you registered in the program.

I was a member of the SKY7 program. Can I use the points I earned?

The points in the SKY7 program are not used in the S7 Priority program. When registering in the S7 Priority program, participants in the SKY7 program receive twice the welcome miles.

How can I become a member of the program?

Simply register using the form.

How can I gain access to my personal page on the S7 website?

You can access your personal page using your card number and PIN or login and password. The card number and PIN are sent to you by e-mail automatically after you register in the program.

What if I accidentally registered twice in the program?

Call the customer service center on 8-800-100-77-11 or e-mail priority@s7.ru and explain the situation.

What if I indicated incorrect data when I registered?

You can correct or update your information through your personal page on the website. Such data as name and surname can be changed by calling the customer service center on 8-800-100-77-11.

Why do I need a member card?

You need to show your member card when you book tickets for automatic crediting of miles and to obtain S7 Priority privileges.

What is a temporary member card and why do I need it?

The temporary card is used until the member receives the plastic card. The plastic card is issued after the first flight as a member and is sent to the address indicated upon registration.

What is a co-branding payment card (payment card of a partner bank)?

It’s a payment card of a partner bank in the program. By using it to pay for products and services, you receive bonus miles on your account in the S7 Priority program.

How can I obtain a member card?

You will obtain a temporary card by e-mail immediately after registration. The permanent S7 Priority member card will be sent to you by mail to the address you indicated upon registration, after you complete your first flight.

What if I registered but did not receive the member card?

After you register in the program and complete your first flight, the permanent S7 Priority member card is sent to you. The delivery of the card by mail can take 6-8 weeks. If the card does not arrive within the appropriate time, call the customer service center on 8-800-100-77-11 or email priority@s7.ru and explain the situation.

I’m entitled to move up to a higher elite status. How do I obtain a new member card?

After the transition to the elite status, a new card that corresponds to your elite status will be sent to you by mail. No action is required on your part.

My member card is about to expire. How do I renew it?

The S7 Priority Classic card has no expiration date. Keep it and you will always be able to use the program. The Silver, Gold and Platinum status cards are valid until the end of the year following the year during which you obtained the status. If you accumulate the corresponding number of miles during the calendar year, you retain the status and we will send you a new card. Otherwise you will be conferred the next lower status and we will send you a new card corresponding to your new status or you will start using the Classic card again.

What if I lose my card?

If you lose your S7 Priority card, please call the customer service center on 8-800-100-77-11.

What are miles?

Miles are the units that are credited and debited from your account. You accumulate miles by participating in the program and spend them on reward flights, upgrades to business class and other rewards. Miles are divided into status and bonus.

What are status and bonus miles?

Miles are divided into status and bonus.

   » Status miles are credited for regular S7 flights and can be used to raise your status in the program and receive rewards.
   » Bonus miles include welcome miles, miles for elite status, promotion miles, miles for using the services of partners and other miles. They can only be spent on rewards.

How do I receive miles?

Miles are credited for regular S7 flights, or products or services purchased from the partners in the program, who will soon join it. When you join the program you receive welcome miles and miles for registering online. Additional miles are credited for participation in special promotions, which will be periodically conducted for S7 Priority members. Will I receive miles for an S7 charter flight?

No. Miles are credited only for regular S7 flights.

Will I receive miles for flights previously completed?

Yes. When you join S7 Priority, your account is credited with miles for regular S7 flights made 3 months before you registered in the program.

At what moment miles for a flight are credited?

Miles are credited after the flight is made. System needs 3-45 days after the flight to transfer miles. As much time required to credit miles for the flights made before registration in the program. Crediting 500 welcome miles occurs together with first member’s flight miles. If some flights are missed, please notify the service centre about that via e-mail priority@s7.ru, specifying flight details (flight number, flight date).

Whether always miles are credited automatically?

Miles are credited automatically only when member’s number has been brought into the system at booking and check in and the passenger’s data in the ticket (surname and name, passport number and date of birth) completely corresponds to ones in member’s profile. If the member’s card has not been shown at booking and check in, member is able to take advantage of Retro claim section to restore miles. If there are some distinctions between the member’s data and the data in the ticket it is necessary to inform the service centre about that via e-mail priority@s7.ru.

When do miles expire?

Miles in the S7 Priority program are valid until the end of the year in which they were accumulated plus 2 more years. If the member is active enough (3 or more flights per year), the miles are extended to the following year.

How can I find out how many miles have been credited to and debited from my account?

All of your account activity information is available on your personal page on the website in the My Miles section.

What if I don’t have Internet access?

Call the customer service center on 8-800-100-77-11.

What rewards can I spend my miles on?

You can spend your miles on reward tickets or on upgrades to business class. Soon we will have partners in the program, allowing you to spend miles on their products and services.

How many miles do I need in order to obtain a reward flight?

You will receive a reward flight in the S7 Priority program at 12,500 miles. You can find out how many miles are required for a reward flight on the route that interests you in the How to Spend Miles

How do I obtain a reward ticket?

You can obtain a reward ticket beginning 1 March 2009. You can book a reward ticket by calling the customer service center. In the spring of 2009 you will also be able to book a reward ticket online through the website.

Are there other charges involved when I obtain a reward ticket?

Yes. You must also pay taxes and a fuel surcharge. You can do this through the website, customer service center or at a ticket sales counter.

Can I obtain a reward ticket for someone else?

You can spend accumulated miles on yourself or a loved one.

Can I spend miles with another airline?

Yes. It will be possible to spend miles on the flights of partner airlines, which will soon join the program.

Is it possible to spend miles on a one-way ticket?

No. Currently you can only obtain a round-trip reward flight.

How can I upgrade to business class?

Beginning March 1, 2009 you will be able to do this through the customer service center by calling 8-800-100-77-11.

Are there other charges associated with spending miles on business class upgrades?

No. The class of the flight will be raised by debiting your accumulated miles.

What are the statuses of the program?

There are 3 elite statuses in the program: Silver, Gold and Platinum. The higher your status, the more advantages you receive and the more miles are credited to your account for S7 flights. For more information about the elite statuses, visit the Statuses and Privileges section.

Why would I want to raise my status?

Members with higher status receive more miles for S7 flights, priority check-in, priority seat selection, priority baggage claim, use of the S7 business lounges (for Gold and Platinum members) and other advantages. For more information about the elite status privileges, visit the Statuses and Privileges section.

How can I become a higher-level participant?

To attain a higher status, you must accumulate a certain number of status miles or flights:

   » To obtain Silver status you must accumulate 20,000 status miles or 20 status flights in economy class or 10 in business class;
   » To obtain Gold status you must accumulate 40,000 status miles or 40 status flights in economy class or 20 in business class;
   » To obtain Platinum status you must accumulate 60,000 status miles or 60 status flights in economy class or 30 in business class;

What if I don’t see my flight on my statement?

Miles for flights are credited automatically. It usually takes 3-5 days for the data about a completed flight to be recorded in the system. However, if you departed from an airport where check-in is not automated, it can take up to 45 days. If this does not occur within the indicated time period, please submit a data restoration request through the Restore miles section.
The flight may also be unrecorded in the system if you forgot to show your member card when you booked the ticket or at check-in. In this case you should also use the Restore miles section.

How do I recover miles for a reward ticket if the trip was not taken?

If the flight was not taken through the fault of the airline, you will be given another flight on the same route. Otherwise, the miles spent on the reward ticket are lost. For more information, contact the customer service center.

What if miles were incorrectly debited from my account?

In this case you should contact the customer service center on 8-800-100-77-11.
