How to join S7 Priority

To become a participant in the program, register on our website at www.S7.ru or call the customer service center on 8 800 100-77-11. If you register by the end of 2009, you will receive a welcome bonus of 1500 miles. Registration on the company’s website gives you an additional 500 miles.

After registering in the S7 Priority program, you will receive an electronic mail message with your personal number, which you must present when you book tickets and check in for flights. After your first flight as a participant in the program, you will be issued a permanent plastic card.

After registration, you will also be credited with miles for all the flights on regular S7 flights that you completed in the 3-month period before you registered in the program.


Miles

To facilitate calculations and cooperation with S7’s partners offering analogous international programs, we use miles as the unit of distance. The mile is the standard unit for counting bonuses for flights that is acknowledged throughout the world. Miles are credited for completed flights on regular S7 flights and those of its partner airlines and depend on the distance of the flight and the class of the ticket booking. The higher the fare, the more miles are credited to the participant’s account. Additional miles can also be obtained by using the services of S7’s partners in the program, which include banks, hotels, tour operators, car rental companies and others.

“What makes S7 Priority unique is that miles are credited automatically. This means the passenger doesn’t have to save up the airline boarding passes and send them to the airline. The program also allows passengers to check the status of their accounts, book premium flights, upgrade to a higher class and participate in various promotions in real time through the website,” says S7 Marketing Director Stanislav Cherkasov.


Statuses and privileges

Immediately after registering in the S7 Priority program, the participant begins to accumulate miles. There are three elite statuses in the program depending on the miles accumulated during the calendar year:

    »  Silver: 20,000 status miles
    »  Gold: 40,000 status miles
    »  Platinum: 60,000 status miles.

Depending on the level, elite status allows you to transport extra baggage and gives you priority seat selection and priority ticket booking, including a longer booking period. Elite status also allows you to register at the business-class counter and use S7’s own business lounges regardless of the class of the ticket and allows you to use other convenient and useful services, ensuring maximum comfort and a high level of service for the most active and loyal participants.


Advantages of the program

A significant advantage of the S7 Priority program is the possibility of quickly earning award flights.

Participants in S7 Priority earn their first award ticket at just 12,500 miles.

S7 passengers also reach elite status in the program faster and can therefore experience for themselves the advantages of the additional services.

S7 has an expansive route network within Russia and abroad with convenient schedules and high flight frequency. This allows program participants to practically always choose S7 for their flights, which means they accumulate miles quickly and easily.


Partners in the program

It will also be possible to spend accumulated miles on the products and services provided by S7’s partners in the program. The list of partners will be available on our website at www.S7.ru.

S7 is currently in negotiations to cooperate with banks, tour operators, hotel and retail chains.

S7 (the OAO Sibir Airlines brand) is the largest airline on Russia’s domestic routes and one of the top 50 airlines in the world in this segment.

In 2007 the company received an official notification from the International Air Transport Association (IATA) about the airline’s certification in that organization, becoming the second carrier in Russia to successfully pass the IATA Operational Safety Audit.
