Check-in counters

Documents required at the check-in counter:

  • A valid Russian or international passport, or other identification document acceptable under the applicable legislation and Clause 3.5.4. of S7 Rules and, if applicable, documents verifying special travel conditions for certain passengers or luggage (e.g. a medical or veterinary certificate.) For more information on acceptable identification documents, click here;
  • For international flights: a valid visa. For children: an international passport with visa, and a notarized approval from parents or guardians, if applicable;
  • A ticket, or a printed e-ticket.

Check-in opening times are set by each airport: see below for more information.

Attention! We recommend you to arrive at least 2 hours before the flight.

The itinerary receipt for your e-ticket lists all your flight information. For your convenience, we recommend that you keep it with you at all times during your journey.

Business class passengers receive priority service at single counters.

Passengers on international flights must pass an additional visa, ID and carriage document control, following the immigration requirements of the countries on their itinerary. This check is performed by S7 visa control experts.

Passengers should allow enough time before boarding to pass all airport formalities.

- For domestic flights: passport and security control;
- For international flights: customs and border control and, if necessary, quarantine and sanitary examination, immigration, veterinary, phytosanitary and other controls.
