S7 Airlines begins direct flights from Vladivostok to Yakutsk
S7 Airlines, member of the oneworld® global aviation alliance, will be starting regular direct flights from Vladivostok to Yakutsk as of 5 June 2019.
The flights will run on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Departures will leave from Kievichi airport at 00:40, and arrive in Yakutsk at 03:10 local time on the following day. The return flight will depart on Thursdays and Sundays at 04:45 and arrive in Vladivostok at 09:10. Flights will be run on the modern, comfortable Airbus A320 planes.
“Vladivostok is one of S7 Airlines’ hubs, with a wide geographical range of flights within the country as well as abroad. In 2019 we are focusing on expanding the route network in the Far East. The Vladivostok — Yakutsk flight, which is included in our subsidized transport program and fits well into our network, will be in demand. Residents of Yakutsk will be getting an excellent opportunity to quickly reach far eastern cities and points of interest in Southeast Asia, including exclusive ones,” says Igor Veretennikov, commercial director of the S7 Group.
In the case of transfer flights to other cities in the S7 Airlines route network, the journey will be covered under a single ticket, and luggage will be checked through to the final destination. The new flight will allow residents of Yakutsk to significantly save time: they will be able to reach Tokyo, Seoul, or Hong Kong faster and more conveniently with a layover right in Vladivostok.
Members of the S7 Priority loyalty program can earn at least 650 miles for a flight from Vladivostok to Yakutsk, and until September 28, 2019 flights in this direction can earn you three times as many miles. You can register for the promotion and find out the conditions on the s7.ru website. Accumulated S7 Priority miles can be used to get award tickets and additional services.
