S7 opens new perm office

Valery Vorobyov became the first S7 passenger to buy a ticket at the airline’s new city ticket office in Perm. This memorable event took place October 17.

Opening its own office allows S7 to forge closer links with its customers and to facilitate communication between passengers and the airline. This will allow the company better to assist passengers planning their journey.

The opening of the ticket office also gives passengers from Perm access to all the services offered by S7. They can now arrange complex journeys using S7’s interline agreements with leading global airlines, and have tickets issued by paying in advance from another city (through PTA).

“Without doubt, opening our own city office will allow us markedly to improve the quality of our passenger services, including when passengers change flight dates or have tickets refunded,” commented Aleksei Savchenkov, director of S7’s Central regional branch.

S7 began operating daily scheduled flights between Moscow and Perm in April this year, on Boeing 737-500s. Around 20,000 passengers have so far used the service.

In addition, S7 has signed a code-share agreement (an agreement on joint ticket sales) with Perm Airlines, which makes blocks of seats on three daily Perm Airlines flights between Perm and Moscow available to S7.

S7’s Perm office is located at 2, ul. Kuibyshev (2nd floor). Its opening hours are: Monday - Friday: 10:00 a.m. — 8:00 p.m.; Saturday: 11:00 a.m. — 6:00 p.m.; closed: Sunday.

You can find a flight timetable, check seat availability and book tickets on S7’s official website, www.s7.ru, or by calling (free from within Russia).
