Flight cancellations
If your flight is canceled, we will change your booking and inform you about the details of the new flight using the contact information provided by you at the time of the original booking. Depending on the availability of alternative flights on your route, we can offer you to travel with S7 Airlines or a partner airline, or change your flight route. It is also possible to cancel the flight and request a full refund.
If the suggested alternative flight route doesn’t suit you and you purchased your ticket at s7.ru or via the S7 Airlines mobile app, you can pick a new flight in the “My Bookings” section and rebook your ticket. In other cases, you can contact the agency where you purchased the ticket and let a travel agent help you to chose another flight.
Changing the flight’s date or time
If you bought your ticket via the S7 Airlines website or the mobile app, you can make all the necessary changes in the “My bookings” section. It only takes a few minutes to rebook a ticket. It’s as simple as that!
We recommend that you rebook your ticket as soon as possible. This way, you will be able to find the most convenient flight alternative.
If your flight is canceled on the flight day or the day before (less than 24 hours before departure) and the suggested flight alternatives do not suit you, please contact an S7 Airlines representative at the airport you depart from.
Refund in case of flight cancellation
If an S7 flight has been canceled and you decided to renounce the flight, you can request a full refund of the unused ticket without any fees.
IF YOU PURCHASED YOUR TICKET AT WWW.S7.RU OR VIA THE S7 AIRLINES CUSTOMER CONTACT CENTER
- Go to “My bookings” and request a refund of the cost of your ticket yourself. If the ticket was purchased before May 1, 2020, please read the Terms of Refunds and Cancellations here. You will receive a refund for every unused section of the route indicated in the ticket.
- If you wish to use your ticket partially, and get a refund for the unused route sections, you will be refunded after the completion of the flight.
Important notice! It is prohibited to change the order of flight route sections. - If you used a bank card or the Yandex.Money or INVOICEBOX payment systems to pay for your ticket, the refund will be sent to the owner’s bank card or the payment system account used during the booking.
If you have a new bank card but the bank account number is still the same, the bank will automatically transfer the funds to the new credit card.
IF YOU PURCHASED YOUR TICKET VIA A TRAVELING AGENCY, AT A TICKET SALES OFFICE OR ONLINE (BUT NOT AT WWW.S7.RU)
Contact your travel agent directly to arrange for a refund.
If you cannot contact the travel agency where you purchased the ticket due to being in a different city or because you want to get a refund directly at the airport of departure, you can visit any S7 Airlines offices regarding the ticket refund or contact the carrier’s Contact Center.
