Can I board with a mobile (electronic) boarding pass?

Yes, you can if you fly from these russian airports:

  • Vladivostok (only for flights within Russia)
  • Volgograd

  • Gorno-Altaysk
  • Yekaterinburg
  • Irkutsk (only for flights within Russia)
  • Kazan
  • Kaliningrad
  • Krasnodar
  • Krasnoyarsk
  • Mineralnye Vody
  • Moscow Domodedovo (only for flights within Russia)
  • Nizhnekamsk
  • Novokuznetsk
  • Novosibirsk (only for flights within Russia)
  • Novy Urengoy
  • Omsk
  • Perm (only for flights within Russia)
  • Rostov-on-Don
  • Saint Petersburg
  • Samara
  • Saratov
  • Sochi
  • Surgut
  • Tyumen
  • Ulan-Ude (only for flights within Russia)

At airports in other Russian cities, you won’t be able to use a mobile boarding pass: you’ll need to print it out.

If you are flying to Russia from abroad, you need to get a boarding pass at the check-in counter, except for the airports:

  • Almaty
  • Astana
  • Baku
  • Bangkok
  • Bishkek
  • Phuket
  • Istanbul
  • Ust-Kamenogorsk
  • U-Tapao


When flying from these airports, you can use a mobile boarding pass.
