Migrating to Amadeus Altéa PSS will enable us to simplify ticket issuance and flight check-in processes and to automate many manual operations.

We have chosen the best passenger service system in the airline industry. This solution will allow the company to grow without any technical limitations. It will also enable us to make trip planning faster, easier and more convenient for our passengers.

Attention!

The migration to the new system will start on November 10, 19:30 Moscow time and will last several hours.

The following services will NOT be available during this time:

  • purchasing, exchanging, and returning tickets;
  • online check-in;
  • payments for seat reservations and extra luggage and service class upgrades;
  • payment for a booked ticket (including payments for tickets booked through the “Preselected price” service)
  • booking management.

Due to the migration to the new technological platform the online check-in service will not be available.

We recommend that you check in for your flight and pay for all the additional services — seat reservation, luggage or an upgrade — in advance. If you are unable to do so, no need to worry — you can also check in and pay for extra luggage at the airport on the day of your departure.

For S7 Priority Members

After the migration to the new booking system the following S7 Priority services will be temporarily unavailable:

  • using miles for travel class upgrades;
  • using miles to pay for extra baggage;
  • using miles to buy a standard seat or an Extra space one;
  • miles recovery.

Services will not be available for several weeks but we are doing our best to launch them as soon as possible.

Will there be any service interruptions during the migration to the new system?

During the migration to the Altea PSS system the following services will be unavailable for several hours:

  • – purchasing, exchanging, and returning tickets;
  • – online check-in;
  • – seat and luggage upgrades and service class upgrades;
  • payment for a booked ticket (including payments for tickets booked through the “Preselected price” service)
  • – booking management.

As always, you can check in and check your baggage at the airport before the departure of your flight. Please make sure that you have a printout of your itinerary and a payment confirmation for the additional services you have purchased.

My flight date is after November 10, 2018. How will I be affected by the migration to the new system? Should I be concerned?

There is absolutely no need to be concerned. We recommend that you think about something pleasant instead, for example, about your upcoming trip.

The migration to the new system will not affect your booking and the additional services you have purchased. All the data will be saved. But just in case, we recommend that you print out your itinerary and the payment confirmation for the additional services and have them handy at the airport.

How can I find out if my flight has been affected by the migration to the new system?

All the data will be saved. The migration to the new system will not affect your booking and the additional services you have purchased.

You will be able to check in on our website or through our app 30 hours before the departure of the flight, except during the time of the migration starting and ending when the migration is completed on November 11.

Please note that you can always check in for your flight at the airport.

How can I check whether my flight will depart according to the schedule?

You can check the departure time for your flight at the Flight status section

In the event that your flight is delayed, we will notify you via a text message sent to the phone number specified in your booking.

I want to book a flight and/or change my booking. Will I be able to do so?

Yes, but after the migration is completed. The system will be unavailable for purchasing a ticket or making any changes in your booking starting until the migration is completed on November 11.

Once the migration is over, you will be able to purchase a ticket and change your booking on our website or through our Service Center.

Can I check in online during the migration to the new system? /Can I check in online during the system upgrade for flights scheduled between November 10 and 11?

If your flight departs at night on November 10 or early in the morning on November 11, check in for your flight in advance on our website or through our app.

If your flight is scheduled to depart on November 11, you can check in on our website or through our app after the migration is completed.

Can I contact anyone if I have a problem during the system migration?

During the system upgrade, our services will be unavailable.

We recommend that you purchase your tickets and additional services in advance if you are planning to travel during this period.

Ticket purchasing for S7 Airlines flights will be unavailable for several hours.

During the migration our passengers will be able to check in for their flights and to check their luggage at the airport.

Which services will be available on the airline's website during the migration?

During the system upgrade, you will be able to access the “Conditions of carriage” section and check the departure and arrival times for your S7 Airlines flight

Will I be able to access the S7 Airlines website after the system upgrade?

Yes, you will be able to access the website with the same login information that you used before. After the migration to the new booking system, the login and password information to access your account will not change.

Will my ticket number change once the new system is launched?

No, you will have the same ticket number that is indicated in your itinerary. After the migration to the new system is completed, you will be able to access “My bookings” and “Flight check-in” services using the same ticket number that you used before.

Will my personal data be safe, and will I still have the miles that I have accumulated?

All your personal data and accumulated miles are stored in a different database, which will not be affected by the upcoming changes.

What steps is S7 Airlines taking to minimize the impact of the system upgrade on the passengers traveling during the migration?

We will do everything we can to minimize the time during which the system is unavailable.

When will the new system be launched so that I can call the local office of S7 Airlines in my city?

You can call any of the S7 Airlines offices to purchase a ticket or change your booking after the migration is completed on November 11.

Can I still use miles to pay for service upgrades, bag fees or choosing a preferred seat?

Once we've migrated to the new booking system, all of these actions will be unavailable for a few weeks.
