Destinations affected by COVID-19

In this section, we have collected all the relevant information about international flights, requirements for passengers and conditions for entering foreign countries.

Russians arriving from abroad must pass a PCR test for coronavirus within 72 hours after returning home and upload the results to the public services portal (Resolution of the Chief Sanitary Doctor). If you return to the Russian Federation after May 1, you need to take the coronavirus test again within 5 days after returning and upload it to the public services portal. The time difference between the first and second test must be at least one day. Until results are obtained, self-isolation at home must be observed.

Foreign citizens who have the right to enter the Russian Federation, must present the certificate of the COVID PCR-test’s negative results to the security staff. The certificate must be in Russian or English and issued no earlier than 72 hours before the flight.

To confirm the right of a foreign citizen to enter the Russian Federation in accordance with the order of the Government of Russia 635-r for treatment in medical institutions, training (for students) or for the purpose of work, it is necessary to provide official documents. The airline employees will check the entry permit on the State Service website using the passport number. If there is no information on the passenger on the website, we will be forced to refuse carriage.

During the European Football Championship UEFA EURO 2020, fans can enter the Russian Federation from May 29 to July 2 with a valid passport, FAN ID and a negative PCR test taken less than 72 hours before departure. A visa is not required in this case. Documents must be presented to the airline employee when checking in for the flight at the airport of departure. You need to get a FAN ID here. The Airline has the right to send a clarifying request to the Fan ID support service to confirm the validity of the Viewer’s Fan ID.

Austria

Tickets for flights from Russia to Vienna are available on s7.ru.

Only passengers who are allowed to enter Austria in spite of the temporary restrictions will be accepted on these flights. These categories of passengers include:

  • Citizens of Austria, citizens of EU and EEA member states, citizens of Switzerland as well as their family members who reside with them;
  • Citizens holding a residence permit from Austria and EU/EEC states;
  • Members of diplomatic missions, employees of international organizations and humanitarian operational forces

Passengers who do not meet the conditions stated above will not be allowed to board the flight.

Before departure from Russia, passengers need to register on the website. The document is provided at the request of local authorities.

To enter Austria, you must provide one of the documents:

  • negative test result for coronavirus (PCR, LAMP, TMA), passed no earlier than 72 hours before entering Austria;
  • antigen test done no earlier than 48 hours before entry;
  • a certificate of vaccination in English or German. The list of recognized vaccines can be found here. Make sure the timing of vaccination is correct.

This requirement does not apply to children under 10 years of age. It is possible to be tested within 24 hours of arrival.

It is required to complete the Medical Certificate (Form D) and the Entry Registration Form (Form F) in advance. Download the forms for filling.

After the arrival, a 10-day quarantine is required, regardless of the test result. The quarantine may be terminated early if a negative COVID test result is obtained no earlier than the fifth day after thr entry.

All citizens aged 14 and older must wear masks with FFP2 filters in all public places, including the airport. Analogues with the same or higher degree of protection are allowed. The regular masks can be worn by children aged 6-14.

Flights from Austria to Russia

Citizens of the Russian Federation can purchase tickets for flights from Austria to Russia on s7.ru to return home.

Within 72 hours after returning home, citizens of the Russian Federation must pass a coronavirus test and upload the results to the public services portal (Resolution of the Chief Sanitary Doctor). Within 5 days after returning, you must re-take the coronavirus test and upload it to the public services portal. The time difference between the first and second test must be at least one day. Until results are obtained, self-isolation at home must be followed.

Foreign citizens who who have the right to enter the Russian Federation before boarding a flight to Russia must present to the control officers a certificate of a negative result of a PCR test for coronavirus. The certificate must be issued no earlier than 72 hours before departure in Russian or English.

Azerbaijan

Air tickets for flights from Astrakhan, Volgograd, Mineralnye Vody, Moscow, Krasnodar, Krasnoyarsk, Novosibirsk and Samara to Baku are available on s7.ru. The flight schedule is available here.

Flights to Azerbaijan will be accepted subject to a negative PCR test result:

  • citizens of Azerbaijan and members of their families (spouses, parents, brothers, sisters or children);
  • passengers with a residence permit in Azerbaijan;
  • passengers who have a work permit in Azerbaijan;
  • vaccinated passengers, upon presentation of a vaccination certificate. A vaccination certificate is not required for persons under the age of 18;
  • until July 5, foreign citizens who have tickets for the European Football Championship, subject to the participation in the match of the team of the country of his citizenship, an accreditation card or an official letter of invitation. More details.

All passengers (including citizens of Azerbaijan and vaccinated passengers), prior to boarding a flight at the airport of departure, must present to the control officers a paper form of a negative PCR test for coronavirus. The test must be done less than 72 hours before departure (the time is calculated from the moment of sampling for analysis). A PCR test is not required for children under 1 year old.

Flights from Azerbaijan to Russia

To depart from Azerbaijan, it is required to arrive at the airport at least 4 hours before the departure of the flight; only departing passengers are allowed to the airport building.

Within 72 hours after returning home, citizens of the Russian Federation must pass a coronavirus test and upload the results to the public services portal (Resolution of the Chief Sanitary Doctor). Within 5 days after returning, you must re-take the coronavirus test and upload it to the public services portal. The time difference between the first and second test must be at least one day. Armenia

Flights from Moscow and Novosibirsk to Yerevan and from Moscow to Gyumri are available on s7.ru. Starting from July 5, tickets are available for flights from Volgograd, Krasnodar, Mineralnye Vody, Rostov-on-Don and Sochi to Yerevan.

On flights to Armenia, passengers who have the right to enter Armenia are accepted for transportation.

Citizens of countries requiring an Armenian visa must obtain it in advance and have it when boarding an aircraft.

The issuance of visas upon arrival at the Yerevan airport is currently not carried out.

The passengers must have a negative result of PCR test for COVID-19, done no earlier than 72 hours prior to entering the country. The test results must be presented as a paper certificate in Armenian, Russian or English. The certificate must contain family name, given name, date of birth, passport number, date and time of the test. It is allowed to have a PCR test after arriving in Armenia, in which case one needs to maintain isolation until the test results are obtained. More details

The PCR test is not required for children under 1 year of age and for passengers who present a certificate of vaccination, provided that the second dose of vaccine was administered more than 14 days before entering the country.

Flights from Armenia to Russia

For flights to Russia the citizens of EuroAsian Economic Union members (Armenia, Belorussia, Kazakhstan, Kirgiziya) are accepted for flights to Russia without restrictions, provided that they have valid documents for the entry and the negative PCR test results for COVID-19, uploaded to the “Travelling without COVID-19” app.

Bulgaria

Ticket sales in the direction are open for flights departing after November 3, 2021.

Passengers who are allowed to enter the country under time constraints on the date of flight departure will be accepted for transportation.

Vietnam

At the moment, ticket sales for the destination have been suspended. Stay tuned!

Germany

Flights from Russia to Hanover, Dusseldorf, Cologne, Munich and Berlin are available on s7.ru. The sale of tickets for flights from Novosibirsk to Dusseldorf and to Frankfurt am Main is also open. From July 5, a flight will be operated on the Moscow — Hamburg route and back. The flight schedule is available here.

On flights to Germany, passengers who are allowed to enter the country under the temporary restrictions will be accepted. These include:

  • citizens of Germany, the Schengen countries and the European Union;
  • citizens with a residence permit in Germany, Schengen countries or the European Union, Andorra, Vatican City, San Marino;
  • holders of a valid long-term “D” visa issued by one of the EU or Schengen states traveling to that country;
  • diplomats and consular staff.

Passengers who do not meet the conditions above will not be able to be accepted on the flight.

Before departure from Russia, you must register on the website https://www.einreiseanmeldung.de.

All passengers arriving in Germany must present one of the following documents at check-in:

  • negative result of a PCR test for coronavirus, done no earlier than 72 hours before entering the country;
  • antigen test done no earlier than 48 hours before entering the country;
  • vaccination certificate, provided that the second dose of the vaccine was administered more than 14 days before entering the countries. The list of vaccines can be found here, the GamCovidVac (“Sputnik V”) vaccine is not on this list.

All documents must be on paper in English, German or French. This requirement does not apply to children under 6 years of age. Learn more about the test requirements for entering a country.
After arriving in Germany quarantine must be observed. In public areas, only medical or FFP2 masks should be worn. For more information about the rules for observing quarantine, please visit the website of the host country in Germany: Bavaria (Munich); Berlin; North Rhine-Westphalia (Düsseldorf and Cologne).

COVID-19 prevention related restrictions for the number of hand luggage are effective in airports of Germany.

The passengers can take to the cabin no more than 1 item of hand luggage, except for small handbags, briefcases, rucksacks, tablet bags and similar small bags. We recommend checking-in for baggage any additional bags, suitcases, boxes, etc.


Flights from Germany to Russia

If you are flying to Russia via Germany, please check the requirements for staying in the airport transfer area. For transfer passengers traveling through Germany to third countries, a negative PCR test result in English is required. This requirement applies to transfer passengers over 6 years old arriving from countries (Brazil, India, South Africa and others), where new strains of coronavirus are common.

Greece

Air tickets for special charter flights from Moscow to Thessaloniki, Heraklion and Rhodes are available on s7.ru. From the beginning of July, additional flights to Thessaloniki from Kazan, Krasnodar and Samara will be operated.

All passengers flying to Greece must present one of the documents at check-in at the airport in Russia:
• negative result of PCR test for coronavirus on paper form in English or Russian, indicating the name and passport number of the passenger. The test must be done no earlier than 72 hours of entry into the country;
• a certificate of vaccination on paper in English or Russian, provided that the second dose of the vaccine was administered more than 14 days before entering the country. The certificate must contain the name and surname of the passenger in full accordance with the data in the passport.

This requirement does not apply to children under 6 years of age. More details

All passengers are required to complete a Passenger Identification Form (PLF) no later than one day before arriving in Greece. After filling out the form, the passenger will receive a QR code, which must be presented to the airline employee at the airport of departure and to the immigration officer at the airport of arrival. It is allowed to fill in one form for the whole family. It is also recommended to install the Visit Greece app in advance of your arrival in Greece.

After arriving in Greece, some passengers may be randomly tested for COVID-19.

Flights from Greece to Russia

Citizens of the Russian Federation and foreign citizens who are allowed to enter the Russian Federation can purchase tickets on s7.ru for flights from Greece to Russia.

Within 72 hours after returning home, citizens of the Russian Federation must pass a coronavirus test and upload the results to the public services portal (Resolution of the Chief Sanitary Doctor). Within 5 days after returning, you must re-take the coronavirus test and upload it to the public services portal. The time difference between the first and second test must be at least one day. Israel

Flights from Novosibirsk to Tel Aviv are available on the s7.ru website. Flights are operated from July 21.

Flights to Israel will be accepted:

  • Citizens of Israel;
  • Passengers who have a residence permit in Israel;
  • Passengers with a special entry permit.

All passengers flying to Israel must complete an Entry Form less than 24 hours before departure to Israel. If you are flying by transfer, then 24 hours are counted from the departure of the direct flight to Israel.

All passengers flying to Israel or in transit must present at check-in with a negative PCR test for coronavirus taken less than 72 hours before entering the country. The test result must be on paper in English with the obligatory indication of the passport number.

Flights from Israel to Russia

On the site s7.ru you can buy tickets for flights from Tel Aviv to Novosibirsk.

To leave Israel, a negative PCR test for coronavirus is required. The certificate must be in English, indicating the passenger's passport number. The test result is not required for citizens who have been in Israel for less than 72 hours or have been vaccinated in Israel. More details

Spain

S7 Airlines operates weekly flights from Moscow to Alicante, Barcelona and Malaga. Flight schedule is available here.

Passengers who are allowed to enter the country under time constraints will be accepted on flights to Spain. These include:

  • Citizens of Spain, the Schengen countries and the European Union, as well as their closest relatives;
  • Citizens with a residence permit in Spain and Andorra;
  • Citizens who have a residence permit in the countries of the Schengen Agreement or the European Union, the Vatican, San Marino, subject to the availability of air tickets for a flight to the country of residence departing from Spain within 24 hours;
  • Holders of a valid long-term visa “D” issued by one of the EU or Schengen states, subject to the availability of air tickets for a flight to the country of residence departing from Spain within 24 hours;
  • Diplomats and consular staff.

Passengers who do not meet the conditions above will not be able to be accepted on the flight.

Passengers, prior to their flight from Russia to Spain, must complete the FCS Health Monitoring Form here or download the SpTH app on their phone and fill out the form in the app. At the airport of arrival, you must show the airport staff the QR code generated from the completed form.

All passengers (including Spanish citizens) departing from Russia are accepted for carriage only if there is a negative PCR test on a paper form in Spanish, English, German or French. The test must be done no earlier than 48 hours before arrival in Spain. The test is not required for passengers who have presented a certificate of recovery, and for vaccinated passengers if more than 14 days have passed since the date of the second dose of vaccine. The vaccine must be approved by the EMA or WHO. The vaccine GamCovidVak (“Sputnik V”) is not on this list. This requirement does not apply to children under 11 years of age. More details

Flights from Spain to Russia

Foreign citizens who have the right to enter the Russian Federation in accordance with Decree 635-r must present to the control officers a certificate with a negative result of a PCR test for coronavirus in Russian or English before boarding a flight to Russia. The certificate must be issued no earlier than 72 hours before departure from Spain.

Italy

Flights from Russia to Italy

Flights from Moscow to Verona, Bari, Bologna, Catania, Rome and Milan are available on s7.ru. Flight schedule is available here.

All passengers arriving in Italy must present a negative coronavirus test (PCR test or antigen test) on paper form in English or Italian, taken less than 72 hours before entering the country. The test result must be presented to the airline employee at check-in (More details). The test is not required for children under 2 years old and passengers who plan to stay in the country for less than 120 hours.

Passengers who are permitted to enter Italy under the temporary restrictions will be accepted on flights to Italy. See here for detailed information on the requirements to enter Italy.

When flying to Italy, at the request of the Italian authorities, you must fill out a PLF form — justification for entering Italy on the website. A PLF form must be completed for each adult passenger. It is allowed to check in minor passengers at the same time as the accompanying adult. More details

After submitting the form, the passenger will receive a confirmation in pdf format and a QR code to the email address specified during check-in, which he must show directly from his smartphone (in digital format) during check-in at the airport to an airline employee. Alternatively, the passenger can present a printed copy of the confirmation.

Upon arrival in Italy, a 10-day quarantine is required. At the end of the quarantine, it is necessary to take the COVID-19 test again.

Persons who have been authorized and are entering Italy for a short-term business/work trip (holders of Schengen visas issued by the Consulate of Italy with a note “AFFARI”), family members of citizens or residents of Italy (holders of Italian Schengen visas with a note “FAMIGLIA”), or persons who have other permitted purposes and documents may stay in the territory of Italy for no more than 120 hours (or 5 days). A passenger must leave the territory of Italy before this period ends. If the trip has an anticipated duration of more than 120 hours, then upon completion of this period the passenger must be isolated for 10 days. If upon entering Italy a passenger presents a ticket with a return date that falls between 5 and 10 day after arrival, the Border Police at Italy airport considers them to be likely to violate the rules effective during the pandemic. Such passengers will be denied transportation. After completing self-isolation, it is required to re-take the coronavirus test. When going through immigration control in Italy, you will need to provide documents confirming the need for a short visit.

There is a ban on movement between Italian regions belonging to different danger zones (marked with different colors), if you need to travel to another region, you need to fill out a self-declaration for movement. To travel from the airport to the place of permanent residence, it is not allowed to use public transport (bus, train, metro), it is possible to use only personal transport, taxi. It is also allowed to use domestic flights to travel between regions, if you do not leave the airport transit area (if available).

Flights from Italy to Russia

On s7.ru it is possible to purchase tickets for flights from Italy to Russia.

All passengers, including minors, must fill out a medical declaration in Italian or English prior to flight check in for departures from Verona to Russia. The form must also be presented to airport employees before takeoff.

If you are flying from Rome, be sure to fill out an application to travel in Italy. The presence of a completed application will be checked by police officers at the airport.

Within 72 hours after returning home, citizens of the Russian Federation must pass a coronavirus test and upload the results to the public services portal (Resolution of the Chief Sanitary Doctor). Within 5 days after returning, you must re-take the coronavirus test and upload it to the public services portal. The time difference between the first and second test must be at least one day. Foreign citizens who have the right to enter the RF must present confirmation of COVID PCR test results to control officers prior to boarding their flight to Russia. The confirmation must be issued in English or Russian no earlier than 72 hours prior to departure.

Kazakhstan

On the s7.ru website, tickets are available on the route from Moscow to Nur-Sultan and to Almaty and back. Flights are operated by our partner Air Astana.

To be granted entrance to Kazakhstan, all passengers, except for citizens of Kazakhstan, must present a paper version of a document with negative results of a PCR coronavirus test before boarding at the airport of departure. The document must be issued no earlier than 72 hours before arrival in Kazakhstan. The certificate is not required for children under 5 years old and transfer passengers who do not leave the transit area.

The sale of tickets for S7 Airlines own flights to Kazakhstan has been suspended until October 30, 2021.


Cyprus

On s7.ru air tickets are available for flights from Russia to Larnaca and Paphos. Flights to Larnaca are operated from Moscow and Novosibirsk, after June 16, flights from Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Krasnodar and Samara will be added. Flight schedule is available here.

Passengers flying to Cyprus from Russia would need to present the following documents when boarding the flight:

  • negative PCR test result on paper form in English. The test must be done no earlier than 72 hours before departure to Cyprus. The test is not required for children under 12 years old, citizens of Cyprus and their family members, citizens with a residence permit, for vaccinated passengers who received 2 doses of the vaccine, upon presentation of a certificate in English;
  • issued Cyprus Flight Pass”;
  • a valid ProVisa (only for citizens of the Russian Federation) or a visa.

All passengers, before flying to Cyprus, are required to issue a “Cyprus Flight Pass”. The “Cyprus Flight Pass” must be arranged not earlier than 24 hours before the entry to the country.

Upon arrival in Cyprus, it is necessary to re-pass the PCR test for coronavirus. Test cost: 30 euros at Larnaca airport and 32 euros at Paphos airport. The test result will be sent by SMS within 3 hours.


Flights from Cyprus to Russia

Within 72 hours after returning home, citizens of the Russian Federation must take a coronavirus test and upload the results to the public services portal (Resolution of the Chief Sanitary Doctor). Within 5 days after returning, you must re-take the coronavirus test and upload it to the public services portal. The time difference between the first and second test must be at least one day. Until results are obtained, self-isolation at home must be followed.

Foreign citizens who have the right to enter the Russian Federation before boarding a flight to Russia must present to the control officers a certificate of a negative PCR test for coronavirus. The certificate must be issued no earlier than 72 hours before departure in Russian or English.

Kyrgyzstan

Air tickets for flights from Russia (Vladivostok, Irkutsk, Kemerovo, Krasnoyarsk, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Samara) to Kyrgyzstan (Osh, Bishkek and Issyk-Kul) are available on s7.ru. Flight schedule is available here.

Entry to Kyrgyzstan is allowed to citizens, subject to the availability of valid documents and compliance with all visa requirements.

Before boarding a flight at the airport of departure, all passengers, including citizens of Kyrgizia must present to the control officers a certificate on paper of a negative result of a PCR test for coronavirus. The certificate must be issued no earlier than 72 hours before the samples are taken for the analysis. Citizens of the EAEU countries (Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan and the Russian Federation) can present the results of the PCR test in the “Traveling without COVID-19” application. A certificate is not required for preschool children (under 5 years old inclusive) who are accompanied by their parents. From June 18, a certificate of a negative PCR test result is not required for vaccinated passengers.

Passengers who do not have a negative PCR test result will not be accepted on the flight.

Currently, entry into Kyrgyzstan is prohibited for citizens of Tajikistan, the exception is valid only for diplomats and their family members.

Flights from Kyrgyzstan to Russia

Within 72 hours after returning home, citizens of the Russian Federation must pass a coronavirus test and upload the results to the public services portal (Resolution of the Chief Sanitary Doctor). Within 5 days after returning, you must re-take the coronavirus test and upload it to the public services portal. The time difference between the first and second test must be at least one day. Until results are obtained, self-isolation at home must be followed.

Foreign citizens who who have the right to enter the Russian Federation before boarding a flight to Russia must present to the control officers a certificate of a negative result of a PCR test for coronavirus. The certificate must be issued no earlier than 72 hours before departure in Russian or English.

China

Morocco

Air tickets for flights from Moscow to Casablanca are available on s7.ru.

All citizens are allowed to enter Morocco, provided they have valid documents and all visa requirements are met.

To enter the country you will need:

  • negative result of a PCR test for coronavirus;

UAE

Air tickets for special charter flights from Russia to Dubai are available on s7.ru.

Foreign citizens entering Dubai must possess certain documents. The list of documents for each passengers category is presented below.

If you are traveling for a vacation or for personal reasons you will need:

  • a medical certificate with a negative PCR test for COVID-19;
  • medical insurance for the entire period of your stay in the UAE, which covers the cost of coronavirus treatment and self-isolation in an observatory;
  • a completed health questionnaire, which includes personal data and the address of the self-isolation location;
  • passengers have to take a PCR test upon arrival in the UAE and self-isolate at their own expense until the result becomes available;
  • tourists have to install the COVID-19 DXB Smart mobile app to make it possible to track their movements and determine their location as well as options to contact them.

If you are making a connection in Dubai, you will need:

  • a medical certificate with a negative result of the PCR test for COVID-19 (if coronavirus infection is diagnosed, respective Emirate authorities may require that the infected person undergo treatment in the UAE at their own expense).

If you have a “resident visa”, you will need:

  • an electronic permission from the migration service of the Emirate, where the residence permit has been issued;

Passengers arriving in the Dubaifrom Russia must have a medical certificate on paper in English with a negative result of the PCR test for coronavirus. The test must be taken no earlier than 72 hours before departure. The medical certificate must be issued by a lab accredited by the country of departure. No medical certificate is required for passengers under 12 and passengers with limited mobility.

Passengers who do not meet the conditions stated above will not be admitted to the flight.

Uzbekistan

Flights to Uzbekistan (Bukhara, Navoi, Namangan, Karshi, Samarkand, Tashkent, Urgench, Fergana) are available on s7.ru with a flight until the end of June 2021. Sale at a later date will be open at a later date.

Passengers with valid documents to enter the country are accepted for carriage on flights.

All passengers over 2 years old (including citizens of Uzbekistan) arriving from foreign countries with an unfavorable epidemiological situation (including from Russia) are allowed into the territory of Uzbekistan only if they have a negative PCR test. Flights to France will accept passengers who are allowed to enter the country under the temporary restrictions. These include:

  • Citizens of France, countries of the Schengen agreement and the European Union, as well as their immediate family;
  • Citizens who have a residence permit in France, Schengen countries or the European Union, Andorra, Vatican, San Marino;
  • Holders of a valid long-term “D” visa issued by one of the EU or Schengen states traveling to that country;
  • Diplomats and consular staff;
  • Students holding a long-term (VLS) or short-term (VCS) visa for study or internship;
  • Citizens traveling to France for treatment in a public or private medical institution;
  • Citizens who have completed a full course of vaccinations with EMA-approved vaccines. More details

Prior to departure from Moscow, passengers must fill out 3 documents and have 1 copy of each of the following with them:

Completed forms and a certificate of absence of Covid must be provided to the airline employees at the departure airport for verification. After arriving in France, self-isolation should be observed for a week and repeated tests for Covid-19 taken afterwards.

Flights from France to Russia

Russian citizens can purchase tickets for flights from Paris and Nice to Moscow to return to their homeland.

Please note that from 01/31/2021, leaving France is only permitted with a compelling reason. When leaving France at the border control, you will need to present a completed application form, as well as documents to confirm the reason for the trip. Such supporting documents must be in French or translated into French (recommended with notarization). Please arrive at the airport with a completed application form on a paper form and prepared documents, this will reduce the time of check-in for the flight and the passage of immigration control.

Croatia

Air tickets for flights from Moscow to Pula are available on www.s7.ru. Flights to Split will be operated from 25 June, and from 26 June to Zadar. Flights are operated once a week in each direction.

To enter Croatia, you must have:

  • negative result of a PCR test1 performed no earlier than 48 hours before entering Croatia. The test result must be presented at check-in on a paper form in 2 copies in English;
  • confirmation of paid hotel accommodation or yacht rental for the period of stay in the country or confirmation of ownership of real estate in Croatia;
  • a pre-filled “Questionnaire” on a paper form. The questionnaire is filled out in English. Filling out the questionnaire is not required for Croatian citizens;
  • passengers traveling on a business trip need an official invitation from a Croatian partner company;
  • citizens of Croatia, Schengen countries, as well as their family members must provide documents confirming citizenship and kinship;
  • citizens who have a residence permit in Croatia, the Schengen countries or the European Union, Andorra, Vatican, San Marino must provide an identity document and a residence permit;
  • holders of a valid long-term “D” visa issued by one of the EU countries must provide a passport with a visa.

1All passengers flying to Croatia must present a negative PCR test at check-in no earlier than 48 hours before entering Croatia. The test result must be presented on paper in English at check-in. Instead the PCR test, you can provide:

  • a certificate of vaccination in English, provided that the second dose of the vaccine was administered more than 14 days before arrival in Croatia;
  • angigen test (RAT on SARS-CoV-2), done no earlier than 48 hours before entering the country. When staying in the country for more than 10 days, it is necessary to make a repeated test for antigens on the 10th day of stay; the payment for the repeated test must be made by the passenger himself.

Czech Republic

Ticket sales in the direction are open for flights departing after November 4, 2021.

Passengers who are allowed to enter the country under time constraints on the date of flight departure will be accepted for transportation. For detailed information on the requirements for entering the Czech Republic at the moment, see here.

South Korea

On s7.ru air tickets are available for special charter flights from Vladivostok to Seoul. From June 15, you can buy tickets for flights from Irkutsk, from June 18 — for flights from Novosibirsk to Seoul and back.

On flight from Vladivostok to Seoul on June 27, July 11 and 25, 2021, all passengers will be accepted, provided they have a valid visa or other document. Visa-free travel to Korea is temporarily prohibited.

Only the following categories of passengers will be accepted on the special charter flight to Korea:

  • citizens of the Republic of Korea;
  • F-6 visa holders and their minor children;
  • F-5 visa holders;
  • employees of diplomatic, social missions and members of their families with A-1 and A-2 visas;
  • transfer passengers, if they will not leave the transit zone, subject to the requirements of the receiving carrier to exclude a possible denial of transportation (except for the flight from Vladivostok to Seoul on June 20, July 4 and 18).

All other passengers will be denied transportation.

Requirements for entering Korea are subject to change. Please check the latest information on the current restrictions 3 days before the flight.

All passengers arriving in South Korea must install a special application 'Self-quarantine safety protection mobile app' on mobile devices, fill out a Health Declaration Form and a Special Quarantine Declaration, these documents must be presented to employees at Vladivostok airport at check-in and upon arrival in Seoul. All passengers arriving in South Korea must have a 14-day quarantine.

All passengers (including citizens of South Korea) departing from foreign countries with an unfavorable epidemiological situation (including from Russia) are allowed for transportation only if they have a negative PCR test. The test must be done no earlier than 72 hours before the departure. The test result must be on paper in Korean or English. If the test results are provided in Russian, then an additionally certified translation into Korean or English is required. The test result must contain the full name, date of birth, passport number, date and time of the test. This requirement does not apply to children under 5 years of age.

Passengers who do not meet the conditions above will not be able to be accepted on the flight.

To prevent infections of animal disease and plant pests travelers to Republic Korea are strictly prohibited to bring animal products like fresh meat, plant products and fresh fruits. If you carry such items, please declare them and dispose in quarantine boxes upon arrival. Violators will be fined up to 10 million won. All travelers should avoid visiting livestock related areas like animal farms and markets.
