Destinations affected by COVID-19

In this section, we have collected all the relevant information about international flights, requirements for passengers and conditions for entering foreign countries.

Foreign citizens who have the right to enter the Russian Federation, must present the certificate of the COVID PCR-test’s negative results to the security staff. The certificate must be in Russian or English and issued no earlier than 72 hours before the flight.

Russians arriving from abroad must pass a PCR test for coronavirus within 72 hours after returning home and upload the results to the public services portal (Resolution of the Chief Sanitary Doctor). Until results are obtained, self-isolation at home must be observed.

Austria

Tickets for special charter flights from Russia to Vienna are available on s7.ru.

Only passengers who are allowed to enter Austria in spite of the temporary restrictions will be accepted on these flights. These categories of passengers include:

  • Citizens of Austria, citizens of EU and EEA member states, citizens of Switzerland as well as their family members who reside with them;
  • Citizens holding a residence permit from Austria and EU/EEC states;
  • Citizens of foreign countries with a category “D” visa issued by Austria,
  • Members of diplomatic missions, employees of international organizations and humanitarian operational forces

Passengers who do not meet the conditions stated above will not be allowed to board the flight.

Before departure from Russia, passengers need to register on the website. The document is provided at the request of local authorities. 

From 10.02.2021, to enter Austria, you must provide the results of a negative test for Coronavirus (antibodies or PCR), taken no earlier than 72 hours before entering Austria, or be tested within 24 hours after arrival. Children under 10 years of age are exempt from the test requirement. 

After the arrival, a 10-day quarantine is required, regardless of the test result. The quarantine may be terminated early if a negative COVID test result is obtained no earlier than the fifth day after thr entry.

All citizens aged 14 and older must wear masks with FFP2 filters in all public places, including the airport. Analogues with the same or higher degree of protection are allowed. The regular masks can be worn by children aged 6-14.

Flights from Austria to Russia

Citizens of the Russian Federation can purchase tickets for flights from Austria to Russia on s7.ru to return home.

Russians arriving from abroad must pass a PCR test for coronavirus within 72 hours after returning home and upload the results to the public services portal (Resolution of the Chief Sanitary Doctor). Until results are obtained, self-isolation at home must be observed.

Foreign citizens who who have the right to enter the Russian Federation before boarding a flight to Russia must present to the control officers a certificate of a negative result of a PCR test for coronavirus. The certificate must be issued no earlier than 72 hours before departure in Russian or English.

Azerbaijan

The Republic of Azerbaijan is introducing a ban on flights from Novosibirsk to Baku. In view of this, S7 Airlines flights to Azerbaijan scheduled from March 17, 2020 to March 28, 2021 have been canceled.

Armenia

Flights for special charter flights from Moscow and Novosibirsk to Yerevan are available on s7.ru.

On flights to Armenia, passengers from among foreign citizens who have the right to enter Armenia are accepted for transportation.

Citizens of countries requiring an Armenian visa must obtain it in advance and have it when boarding an aircraft.

The issuance of visas upon arrival at the Yerevan airport is currently not carried out.

The passengers must have a negative result of PCR test for COVID-19, done no earlier than 72 hours prior to entering the country. The test results must be presented as a paper certificate in Armenian, Russian or English. The certificate must contain family name, given name, date of birth, passport number, date and time of the test. It is allowed to have a PCR test after arriving in Armenia, in which case one needs to maintain isolation until the test results are obtained. More details

Russian citizens can purchase tickets for flights from Yerevan to Moscow and Novosibirsk to return to their homeland.

Russians arriving from abroad must pass a PCR test for coronavirus within 72 hours after returning home and upload the results to the public services portal (Resolution of the Chief Sanitary Doctor). Until results are obtained, self-isolation at home must be observed.

Also, from Feb, 1 to March, 1 of 2021 the citizens of EuroAsian Economic Union members (Armenia, Belorussia, Kazakhstan, Kirgiziya) are accepted for flights to Russia without restrictions, provided that they have valid documents for the entry and the negative PCR test results for COVID-19, uploaded to the “Travelling without COVID-19” app.

Bulgaria

Ticket for special charter flights from Russia to Burgas are available on s7.ru. Flights will be operated once a week from March 28, 2021.

Only passengers who are allowed to enter the Bulgaria under temporary restrictions will be accepted on the flights. К ним относятся:

  • citizens of Bulgaria;
  • citizens of EU countries, countries of the Schengen agreement (including San Marino, Andorra, Monaco, Vatican) and their family members;
  • citizens of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Australia, Canada, Georgia, Japan, New Zealand, Rwanda, Korea, Thailand, Tunisia, UAE, Ukraine, North Macedonia, Serbia, Albania, Montenegro, Moldova, Israel, Kuwait, Belarus, Turkey;
  • holders of a valid Bulgarian long-term visa “D”;
  • persons with a residence permit in Bulgaria and their family members;
  • medical and social workers, if the purpose of the trip is related to their profession;
  • students.

A full list of categories of passengers who are allowed to enter Bulgaria and more detailed information on the rules of entry can be found here. This limitation is valid until April 30, 2021.

Passengers who do not meet the conditions above cannot be accepted on the flight.

All passengers departing from Russia are accepted for the flights only after presenting negative PCR-test on a paper, in English or Bulgarian. The test must be taken no earlier than 72 hours before the flight departure.

Flights from Bulgaria to Russia

Citizens of the Russian Federation can purchase tickets for flights from Burgas to Russia on s7.ru to return home.

Russians arriving from abroad must pass a PCR test for coronavirus within 72 hours after returning home and upload the results to the public services portal (Resolution of the Chief Sanitary Doctor). Until results are obtained, self-isolation at home must be observed.

Foreign citizens who have the right to enter the Russian Federation before boarding a flight to Russia must present to the control officers a certificate of a negative result of a PCR test for coronavirus. The certificate must be issued no earlier than 72 hours before departure in Russian or English.

Vietnam

By decision of the operational headquarters to prevent the importation and spread of new coronavirus infection in Russia, S7 Airlines temporarily cancels all its regular scheduled flights from Russia to Vietnam and vice versa.

Germany

Flights for special charter flights from Russia to Dusseldorf, Munich and Berlin are available on s7.ru. Flights to Berlin are operated once a week, starting February 23.

On flights to Germany, passengers who are allowed to enter the country under the temporary restrictions will be accepted. These include:

  • citizens of Germany, the Schengen countries and the European Union;
  • citizens with a residence permit in Germany, Schengen countries or the European Union, Andorra, Vatican City, San Marino;
  • holders of a valid long-term “D” visa issued by one of the EU or Schengen states traveling to that country;
  • diplomats and consular staff.

Passengers who do not meet the conditions above will not be able to be accepted on the flight.

Quarantine rules in Dusseldorf

Before departure from Russia, passengers have to register on the https://www.einreiseanmeldung.de.

Before entering North Rhine-Westphalia, passengers have to take a PCR coronavirus test no earlier than 24 hours before arrival. The test may be taken at Dusseldorf airport immediately upon arrival. Before receiving their test results, passengers have to limit contacts and be in quarantine. If you are continuing your journey to another region of Germany, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the requirements for passengers returning from high-risk countries in this region.

Quarantine rules in Munich

Before departing from Russia, you have to check in on the website https://www.einreiseanmeldung.de. A 10-day quarantine must be observed upon arrival in Munich. Within 48 hours upon arrival in Bavaria, you have to present a negative coronavirus test result in English or German to your local health ministry branch. It is recommended to have a PCR test done before your departure, but not earlier than 48 hours before arriving in Bavaria or immediately upon arrival at Munich airport. The quarantine duration may be decreased once you are able to present a negative result for your second coronavirus test taken no earlier than on the 5th day after your return. More information about quarantine regulations in Bavaria is available here. Only medical masks or FFP2 standard masks are allowed in public places.

COVID-19 prevention related restrictions for the number of hand luggage are effective in airports of Germany.

The passengers can take to the cabin no more than 1 item of hand luggage, except for small handbags, briefcases, rucksacks, tablet bags and similar small bags. We recommend checking-in for baggage any additional bags, suitcases, boxes, etc.


Flights from Germany to Russia

Citizens of the Russian Federation can purchase tickets for flights from Dusseldorf and Munich to Russia on s7.ru to return home.

Russians arriving from abroad must pass a PCR test for coronavirus within 72 hours after returning home and upload the results to the public services portal (Resolution of the Chief Sanitary Doctor). Until results are obtained, self-isolation at home must be observed.

Foreign citizens who have the right to enter the Russian Federation before boarding a flight to Russia must present to the control officers a certificate of a negative result of a PCR test for coronavirus. The certificate must be issued no earlier than 72 hours before departure in Russian or English.

If you are flying to Russia via Germany, please check the requirements for staying in the airport transfer area. For transfer passengers traveling through Germany to third countries, a negative PCR test result in English is required. This requirement applies to transfer passengers over 6 years old arriving from countries (UK, Ireland, South Africa and others), where new strains of coronavirus are common.

Greece

Tickets for special charter flights from Moscow to Saloniki are available on s7.ru starting from March 24, and to Heraklion starting from June 1. Flights will be operated once a week in each direction.

Until February 22, 2021, there are restrictions on entry into the country. On flights to Greece, passengers who are allowed to enter will be accepted. Namely:

  • Greek citizens and their family members;
  • citizens of EU countries and their family members;
  • citizens with a residence permit in Greece;
  • tourists, no more than 500 people per week when departing from Russia.

All passengers arriving in Greece must present a negative PCR test for coronavirus in English, indicating the passenger’s passport number. The test must be done no earlier than 72 hours prior to arrival in Greece. Test results are not required for passengers under 10 years of age. A 7-day quarantine must be observed upon arrival in Greece.

All foreigners are required to complete a Passenger Identification Form (PLF) no later than one day before arriving in Greece. After filling out the form, the passenger will receive a QR code, which must be presented to the airline employee at the airport of departure and to the immigration officer at the airport of arrival. It is also recommended to install the Visit Greece app in advance of your arrival in Greece.

Flights from Greece to Russia

Citizens of the Russian Federation can purchase tickets for flights from Greece to Russia on s7.ru to return home.

Russians arriving from abroad must pass a PCR test for coronavirus within 72 hours after returning home and upload the results to the public services portal (Resolution of the Chief Sanitary Doctor). Until results are obtained, self-isolation at home must be observed.

Foreign citizens who have the right to enter the Russian Federation before boarding a flight to Russia must present to the control officers a certificate of a negative result of a PCR test for coronavirus. The certificate must be issued no earlier than 72 hours before departure in Russian or English.

Israel

Based on the decisions of the state bodies of the Russian Federation and Israel on the limitation of air traffic between the countries, S7 Airlines cancels flights on the route Novosibirsk — Tel Aviv and back.

Iceland

Based on the decision of state authorities of the Russian Federation to restrict international air traffic, S7 Airlines cancels the flights Moscow — Reykjavik and back.

Spain

On s7.ru air tickets are available for special charter flights from Russia to Alicante and Barcelona. Also, the sale of the tickets for the special charter flights to Malaga is open, starting from February 19 and Palma de Mallorca starting from April 25. Flights are operated once a week in each direction.

On flights to Spain, passengers who are allowed to enter the country under the temporary restrictions will be accepted. These include:

  • citizens of Spain, the Schengen countries and the European Union, as well as their closest relatives;
  • citizens with a residence permit in Spain, Schengen countries or the European Union, Andorra, Vatican City, San Marino;
  • holders of a valid long-term “D” visa issued by one of the EU or Schengen states traveling to that country;
  • diplomats and consular staff.

Passengers who do not meet the conditions above will not be able to be accepted on the flight.

Passengers must complete the “FCS Health Monitoring Form” here or download the SpTH app on your phone and fill out the form in the app before flying to Spain. At the airport of arrival, you must show the airport staff the QR code generated from the completed form.

All passengers (including Spanish citizens) departing from Russia are accepted for carriage only if there is a negative PCR test on a paper form in Spanish, English, German or French. The test must be done no earlier than 72 hours before arrival in the country. The test is not required for passengers under 6 years of age.

Catalonia introduced a general quarantine until February 7, 2021. To travel to/from Barcelona Airport you will need a Catalonia Travel Declaration. ( https://certificatdes.confinapp.cat/#/). The declaration should present your trip itinerary including a compulsory indication of the El Prat de Llobregat airport zip code—08820. The completed declaration must be uploaded to your phone—failure to do so may result in a fine.

Flights from Spain to Russia

Citizens of the Russian Federation can purchase tickets for flights from Spain to Russia on s7.ru to return home.

Russians arriving from abroad must pass a PCR test for coronavirus within 72 hours after returning home and upload the results to the public services portal (Resolution of the Chief Sanitary Doctor). Until results are obtained, self-isolation at home must be observed.

Foreign citizens who have the right to enter the Russian Federation before boarding a flight to Russia must present to the control officers a certificate of a negative result of a PCR test for coronavirus. The certificate must be issued no earlier than 72 hours before departure in Russian or English.

Italy

Flights from Russia to Italy

Tickets for special charter flights from Moscow to Verona, Rome and Milan are available on s7.ru. From the beginning of March, additional charter flights to Bari and Pisa. From April 19, special charter flights will be added to Catania with a frequency of 2 times a week, at the beginning of June to Naples and Olbia with a frequency of once a week

Passengers who are permitted to enter Italy under the temporary restrictions will be accepted on flights to Italy. See here for detailed information on the requirements to enter Italy.

Persons who have been authorized and are entering Italy for a short-term business/work trip (holders of Schengen visas issued by the Consulate of Italy with a note “AFFARI”), family members of citizens or residents of Italy (holders of Italian Schengen visas with a note “FAMIGLIA”), or persons who have other permitted purposes and documents may stay in the territory of Italy for no more than 120 hours (or 5 days). A passenger must leave the territory of Italy before this period ends. If the trip has an anticipated duration of more than 120 hours, then upon completion of this period the passenger must be isolated for 14 days. If upon entering Italy a passenger presents a ticket with a return date that falls between 5 and 14 day after arrival, the Border Police at Italy airport considers them to be likely to violate the rules effective during the pandemic. Such passengers will be denied transportation.

It is forbidden to travel between regions of Italy from December 21, 2020 to February 15. It is also forbidden to leave one’s municipality of residence. To travel to/from an airport, a self-declaration for travel has to be filled out. It is not allowed to use public transportation (bus, train, metro) for travel from an airport to the place of permanent residence. Only personal transport and taxi may be used. It is also acceptable to take domestic flights between regions, if there is no need to leave the airport transit zone (if available).

When flying to Italy, per mandate of the Italian authorities, you are required to fill out a self-declaration — a justification for entering Italy. All passengers, including minors, must fill out 2 copies of this document in English.

Completed forms must be presented to the airline’s visa service employees for verification at Domodedovo Airport. One copy stays with the passenger, and the second with a Domodedovo employee. Passengers are also required to present a self-declaration at the airport of arrival.

Flights from Italy to Russia

Citizens of the Russian Federation may book tickets on s7.ru for flights from Italy to Russia to return to their home country.

All passengers, including minors, must fill out a medical declaration in Italian or English prior to flight check in for departures from Verona to Russia. The form must also be presented to airport employees before takeoff.

Russians arriving from abroad must pass a PCR test for Covid within 72 hours after returning home, and upload the results to the public services portal (Resolution of the Chief Sanitary Doctor). Before receipt of the results, you must must observe self-isolation at home.

Foreign citizens who have the right to enter the RF must present confirmation of COVID PCR test results to control officers prior to boarding their flight to Russia. The confirmation must be issued in English or Russian no earlier than 72 hours prior to departure.

Kazakhstan

Tickets for Moscow — Nur-Sultan flights as well as for return flights are available on the s7.ru website. The flights are operated by our partner Air Astana. To be granted entrance to Kazakhstan, all passengers, except for citizens of Kazakhstan, must present a paper version of a document with negative results of a PCR coronavirus test before boarding at the airport of departure. The document must be issued no earlier than 72 hours before departure.

The sale of tickets for S7 Airlines own flights to Kazakhstan has been suspended until June 1, 2021.


Cyprus

On s7.ru air tickets are available for special charter flights from Russia to Larnaca and Paphos. Flights to Larnaca are operated from Moscow and Novosibirsk. Flights to Paphos from Moscow are operated from April 1. Frequency of flights once a week for each direction.

Up-to-date information on the rules of entry will be published shortly after receiving the official documents.

Passengers will be accepted on flights from Russia, subject to the following conditions:

  • the presence of a negative PCR test result on a paper form in English. The test must be taken no earlier than 72 hours before entering the country.
  • issued Cyprus Flight Pass”.

All passengers, before flying to Cyprus, are required to issue a “Cyprus Flight Pass”. Issuing a Cyprus Flight Pass can take time, so it is recommended to apply 2 days before departure. In the absence of it, passengers will not be accepted for carriage.

Upon arrival in Cyprus, all passengers are required to re-take a COVID-19 test.

Kyrgyzstan

Flights for special charter flights from Russia to Kyrgyzstan (Osh, Bishkek, Issyk-Kul) are available on s7.ru.

All citizens are allowed to enter Kyrgyzstan, provided they have valid documents and comply with all visa requirements.

Before boarding a flight at the airport of departure, all passengers, including citizens of Kyrgizia must present to the control officers a certificate on paper of a negative result of a PCR test for coronavirus. The certificate must be issued no earlier than 72 hours before the samples are taken for the analysis. A certificate is not required for preschool children (under 7 years old inclusive) who are accompanied by their parents.

Passengers who do not have a negative PCR test result will not be accepted on the flight.

The tickets for the weekly special charter flights from Kyrgyzstan to Russia are available for the citizens of Russia at s7.ru. Only Russian citizens who return from Kyrgizia will be accepted for  the flights to Moscow, Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk, Ufa, and Samara.

Before check-in for a flight departing to the Russian Federation, Russians arriving from abroad must fill out a questionnaire on the State Services portal, take a PCR test for coronavirus within 72 hours after returning home, and upload the results to the state services portal (Resolution of the Chief Sanitary Doctor). Until results are obtained, self-isolation at home must be observed.

China

The sale of tickets for S7 Airlines own flights to China and Hong Kong (China) has been suspended until June 1, 2021.

Moldova

The sale of tickets for flights from Moscow to Chisinau and back is open. Russian citizens can purchase tickets for flights from Chisinau to Russia to return to their homeland.

The entry to the Republic of Moldova is allowed without restrictions from the countries that relate to the green zone. From 15 to 28 February the entry from Russia is allowed without restrictions with valid documents.

If the passenger’s departure country is related to the red zone, only passengers having the right to enter the Republic of Moldova are accepted for transportation. Namely:

  • Citizens of the Republic of Moldova and members of their families;
  • Persons with a long-term visa, residence permit or equivalent document issued by the authorities of the Republic of Moldova;
  • Persons whose trip is based on professional interests, with a visa, residence permit or other supporting document (invitation and / or agreement with a legal entity registered in the Republic of Moldova)
  • Pupils / Students;
  • Families of foreign citizens who have a residence permit in the Republic of Moldova;
  • Holders of diplomatic, service, official and special passports, as well as Laissez-Passer travel documents issued by the United Nations, including families of diplomatic and consular missions, international organizations / missions accredited in the Republic of Moldova.
  • Humanitarian aid personnel;
  • Transit passengers;
  • Persons traveling for health and humanitarian reasons;
  • Journalists accredited as permanent correspondents in the Republic of Moldova by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration.

Before departure, it is necessary to print and fill out an epidemiological card and present the completed document at the airport of departure to the airline employee. Upon arrival in the Republic of Moldova, passengers from country is related to “the red zone must observe a 14-day self-isolation.

UAE

Tickets for special charter flights from Novosibirsk to Dubai are available on s7.ru. The flights are operated once a week, starting from December 18.

Foreign citizens entering Dubai must possess certain documents. The list of documents for each passengers category is presented below.

If you are traveling for a vacation or for personal reasons you will need:

  • a medical certificate with a negative PCR test for COVID-19;
  • medical insurance for the entire period of your stay in the UAE, which covers the cost of coronavirus treatment and self-isolation in an observatory;
  • a completed health questionnaire, which includes personal data and the address of the self-isolation location;
  • passengers have to take a PCR test upon arrival in the UAE and self-isolate at their own expense until the result becomes available;
  • tourists have to install the COVID-19 DXB Smart mobile app to make it possible to track their movements and determine their location as well as options to contact them.

If you are making a connection in Dubai, you will need:

  • a medical certificate with a negative result of the PCR test for COVID-19 (if coronavirus infection is diagnosed, respective Emirate authorities may require that the infected person undergo treatment in the UAE at their own expense).

If you have a “resident visa”, you will need:

  • an electronic permission from the migration service of the Emirate, where the residence permit has been issued;
  • a medical certificate with a negative result of the PCR test for COVID-19;
  • medical insurance for the entire period of your stay in the UAE, which covers the cost of treatment for coronavirus infection and self-isolation in an observatory;
  • completed health questionnaire, which includes personal data and the address of the self-isolation location;
  • passengers have to take a PCR test upon arrival in the UAE and self-isolate at their own expense until the result becomes available;
  • passengers must install the COVID-19 DXB Smart mobile app to make it possible to track their movements and determine their location as well as options to contact them.

Passengers arriving in the UAE from Russia must have a medical certificate on paper in English with a negative result of the PCR test for coronavirus. The test must be taken no earlier than 72 hours before departure. The medical certificate must be issued by an authorized lab included in the list available on https://screening.purehealth.ae, or by a lab accredited by the country of departure. No medical certificate is required for passengers under 12 and passengers with limited mobility.

Passengers who do not meet the conditions stated above will not be admitted to the flight.


Flights from Dubai to Russia

Russian citizens can purchase tickets for flights from Dubai to Novosibirsk to return to their homeland.

Russians arriving from abroad must pass a PCR test for coronavirus within 72 hours after returning home and upload the results to the public services portal (Resolution of the Chief Sanitary Doctor). Until results are obtained, self-isolation at home must be observed.

Foreign citizens who have the right to enter the Russian Federation before boarding a flight to Russia must present to the control officers a certificate of a negative PCR test for coronavirus. The certificate must be issued no earlier than 72 hours before departure in Russian or English.

Tajikistan

Russian citizens can purchase tickets for flights from Khujand and Dushanbe to Russia to return to their homeland.

Russians arriving from abroad must pass a PCR test for coronavirus within 72 hours after returning home and upload the results to the public services portal (Resolution of the Chief Sanitary Doctor). Until results are obtained, self-isolation at home must be observed.

Foreign citizens who have the right to enter the Russian Federation before boarding a flight to Russia must present to the control officers a certificate of a negative PCR test for coronavirus. The certificate must be issued no earlier than 72 hours before departure in Russian or English.

Thailand

Turkmenistan

Turkey

Sale of tickets for flights to Turkey is open.

Foreign citizens who have the right to enter the Russian Federation, before boarding a flight at the airport in Turkey, must present to the control officers a negative PCR test for coronavirus result of. The certificate must be issued no earlier than 72 hours before departure in Russian or English.

Sale is open for flights from August 10

To plan your trip to Turkey, consider the local sanitary and epidemiological measures for tourists:

During the flight, you need to fill out a small information sheet with personal data (contacts, health status, seat number on the plane) and the address of your stay in Turkey. All passengers on board must wear medical masks.

From December 30, 2020, all passengers arriving in Turkey must have a certificate in any language with a negative Covid test result by PCR on paper or electronically. The test must be done no more than 72 hours before departure. The certificate must be provided to the airline employees at the airport before the flight departs from Russia. The requirement also applies to children 6 years of age and older.

In the terminal of the airport of Turkey, before passing through passport control, the temperature is measured. If the passengers are all right, you can leave the airport and continue your journey. If a person has a high fever and other symptoms of COVID-19, they are sent to a hospital for examination. Those who came into contact with the patient on the plane (determined by the seat number) will undergo 14 days of isolation.

Wearing medical masks is compulsory in public places and outdoors in most cities. The fine for not wearing is 900 Turkish lira (about 9,300 rubles). The Turkish authorities are urging to observe social distance, personal hygiene rules and minimize contact.

The Turkish authorities and the Russian Embassy recommend purchasing health insurance in advance, which takes into account the costs of treating a new disease.

Within 72 hours after returning home, citizens of the Russian Federation must take a coronavirus test and upload the results to the public services portal (Resolution of the Chief Sanitary Doctor). Until results are obtained, self-isolation at home must be observed. Foreign citizens must pass the test 72 hours before departure to Russia and have a certificate with negative results in hand.

Foreign citizens who have the right to enter the Russian Federation, before boarding a flight to Russia, must present to the control officers a certificate of a negative result of a PCR test for coronavirus in Russian or English. Uzbekistan

The sale of tickets for flights to Uzbekistan is open.

Passengers with valid documents for entry into the country are accepted for transportation.

All passengers (including citizens of Uzbekistan) arriving from foreign countries with an unfavorable epidemiological situation (including from Russia) are admitted to the territory of Uzbekistan only if they have a negative PCR test. The test must be done no earlier than 72 hours before departure. The test results must be printed and presented to the airline employee when checking in for the flight. Information on the status of a country is presented on the website of the Ministry of Transport of Uzbekistan. Please note that entry into the territory of Uzbekistan is prohibited for citizens of some countries, as well as for foreigners who have visited these countries within the last 14 days before entering Uzbekistan.

Upon arrival to Uzbekistan all passengers must take the mandatory rapid testing for the presence of the antigen of coronavirus infection. The testing is paid by the passenger. The cost of the test is 70,000 to 150,000 Uzbekistani Som or the equivalent in another currency. There are special discounted fares for students.

France

Tickets for the special charter flights from Moscow to Paris and Nice are available at s7.ru

Flights to France will accept passengers who are allowed to enter the country under the temporary restrictions. These include:

  • Citizens of France, countries of the Schengen agreement and the European Union, as well as their immediate family;
  • Citizens who have a residence permit in France, Schengen countries or the European Union, Andorra, Vatican, San Marino;
  • Holders of a valid long-term “D” visa issued by one of the EU or Schengen states traveling to that country;
  • Diplomats and consular staff;
  • Students holding a long-term (VLS) or short-term (VCS) visa for study or internship;
  • cCtizens traveling to France for treatment in a public or private medical institution.

Prior to departure from Moscow, passengers must fill out 3 documents and have 1 copy of each of the following with them:

All passengers, including citizens of France who are arriving from Russia, must have a paper medical certificate with negative PCR test results for Covid-19, in English or French. The test must be done no more than 72 hours before the departure. The cited requirements do not apply to children younger than 11.

Completed forms and a certificate of absence of Covid must be provided to the airline employees at the departure airport for verification. After arriving in France, self-isolation should be observed for a week and repeated tests for Covid-19 taken afterwards.

Flights from France to Russia

Russian citizens can purchase tickets for flights from Paris and Nice to Moscow to return to their homeland.

Please note that from 01/31/2021, leaving France is only permitted with a compelling reason. When leaving France at the border control, you will need to present a completed application form, as well as documents to confirm the reason for the trip. Such supporting documents must be in French or translated into French (recommended with notarization). Please arrive at the airport with a completed application form on a paper form and prepared documents, this will reduce the time of check-in for the flight and the passage of immigration control.

Russians arriving from abroad must pass a PCR test for coronavirus within 72 hours after returning home and upload the results to the public services portal (Resolution of the Chief Sanitary Doctor). Until results are obtained, self-isolation at home must be observed.

Croatia

Tickets for special charter flights from Moscow to Dubrovnik and Pula are available on s7.ru. Flights to Croatia are operated from April 25, 2021, once a week in each direction.

Only passengers who are allowed to enter Croatia in spite of the temporary restrictions will be accepted on these flights.

  • Citizens of Croatia, countries of the Schengen agreement, as well as their immediate family;
  • Citizens who have a residence permit in Croatia, Schengen countries or the European Union, Andorra, Vatican, San Marino;
  • Holders of a valid long-term “D” visa;
  • Diplomats and consular staff;

Upon entering Croatia, all passengers departing from Russia must present a negative PCR test taken no more than 48 hours prior to their arrival. Alternatively, they must take a test immediately after landing and self-isolate until they receive a negative test result. If for some reason it is impossible to take a COVID-19 test, they must stay in quarantine for 10 days.

Flights from Croatia to Russia

Russian citizens can purchase tickets for flights from Dubrovnik and Pula to Moscow to return to their homeland.

Montenegro

According to the decision by the authorities of Montenegro, a ban on all international passenger traffic has been introduced to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

In light of this, starting from March 17, 2020 to May 31, 2021, S7 Airlines is canceling regular flights with the Moscow — Tivat itinerary and back.


Czech Republic

By the decision of the operational headquarters to prevent the import and spread of a new coronavirus infection in Russia from March 16, 2020 to March 28, 2021, S7 Airlines temporarily cancels all its own regular flights from Russia to Prague and back until June 4, 2021.

South Korea

On s7.ru air tickets are available for special charter flights from Vladivostok to Seoul.

On February 20, 2021, on a special charter flight to Korea, only:

  • citizens of the Republic of Korea;
  • F-6 visa holders and their minor children;
  • F-5 visa holders;
  • members of diplomatic missions in the Republic of Korea and their families;
  • transfer passengers, if they will not leave the transit zone, subject to the requirements of the receiving carrier to exclude a possible denial of transportation.

All other passengers will be denied transportation.

All passengers arriving in South Korea must install a special application 'Self-quarantine safety protection mobile app' on mobile devices, fill out a Health Declaration Form and a Special Quarantine Declaration, these documents must be presented to employees at Vladivostok airport at check-in and upon arrival in Seoul.

All passengers (including citizens of South Korea) departing from foreign countries with an unfavorable epidemiological situation (including from Russia) are allowed for transportation only if they have a negative PCR test. The test must be done no earlier than 72 hours before the departure at medical facilities designated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea. The test result must be on paper in Korean or English. If the test results are provided in Russian, then an additionally certified translation into Korean or English is required. The test result must contain the full name, date of birth, passport number, date and time of the test. The complete list of medical institutions is published on the consulate website.

Passengers who do not meet the conditions above will not be able to be accepted on the flight.

To prevent infections of animal disease and plant pests travelers to Republic Korea are strictly prohibited to bring animal products like fresh meat, plant products and fresh fruits. If you carry such items, please declare them and dispose in quarantine boxes upon arrival. Violators will be fined up to 10 million won. All travelers should avoid visiting livestock related areas like animal farms and markets.
