How to receive cashback?
1. Select a ticket to one of the destinations for a winter vacation.

1. Basic terms and definitions
These conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Conditions”) determine the procedure for conducting the “Double Cashback” Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”).

1.2 S7 Priority (also referred to as the “S7 Priority Program”, or the “Program”) is a reward program for frequent flyers who use the services of S7 and its Partners as defined by the Program Rules. The program is managed by S7. Participation in the Program provides Program Participants with the opportunity to earn Miles for using the services of S7 and Program Partners, and for using Miles to purchase certain services provided by S7 and certain Program Partners.
1.3 Promotion is a marketing initiative of Siberia Airlines PJSC, which provides an opportunity to obtain additional miles, the number of which is set by Siberia Airlines PJSC, and a special bonus, to the Participants of the Promotion, in order to increase loyalty and provide additional incentives for booking and purchasing the Organizer’s services on the Organizer’s website.
1.4. A Promotion Participant (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”) is a physical entity who has made a lump-sum payment for an accommodation facility (hereinafter referred to as the “Hotel”) at the time of purchasing an air ticket, on flights of the Siberian Airlines (S7) or Globus Airlines (GH) to one of the destinations of the “Winter Vacation” campaign during the campaign validity period from November 29, 2018 to March 31, 2019.
2. Rules of Participation in the Promotion
2.1. Make a payment for the air ticket and the Hotel during the period specified in the article 2.3, as a Participant of the S7 Priority Program, for one of the “Winter Vacation” campaign destinations and receive a Reward from the Organizer in the amount of 3% to 15% in rubles for the air tickets (rounded down to the lower number) and up to 15 miles for every 100 rubles paid for the Hotel.
2.2. The period of transportation and accommodation is from November 29, 2018 to March 31, 2019, inclusive.
2.3. The Organizer pays the Reward once, and only for an online payment with a credit card on the www.S7.ru website, an actual flight with a round-trip itinerary (RT) and stay at the Hotel during the specified dates.
2.4. The promotion is valid exclusively for transportation and accommodation completed during the period specified in the article 2.2. The promotion applies only to round-trip fares (RT), where the dates of transportation coincide with the dates specified in the booking of the accommodation facility. The start time of the provision of services is indicated in the confirmation of the payment for a hotel room (voucher), which is provided to the Participant at the email address specified when booking.
The Promotion applies exclusively to tickets for flights with Siberia Airlines (S7) or Globus (GH) to one of the destinations of the “Winter Vacation” campaign during the campaign validity period. The Promotion does not apply to flights where S7 is a marketing carrier (S74000-S74999 flight range). Award tickets (paid for with S7 Priority miles) are ineligible for participation in the Promotion.
2.5. If the Participant of the Promotion is not a Member of the S7 Priority Program when the service is booked, he is not eligible to receive a Reward for accommodation, but is eligible to receive a Reward for the air travel. 2.6. It is impossible to receive a miles Reward separately from the Reward for the air ticket. The miles award cannot be obtained as a result of a retro-stamp (recovery of miles for past accommodation), i.e., the Participant must indicate the S7 Priority Program Participant number when booking the air ticket and the Hotel.
2.7. The amount of the Reward is calculated automatically when one purchases (adds to the cart and pays for) air tickets and hotel accommodation. The size of the Reward depends on the flight destination, date and the hotel that the passenger has chosen. The minimum length of stay is 3 nights.
2.8. The Reward for the air ticket is calculated based on the fare not including taxes and fees and is paid to the bank card used to pay for the air ticket, no later than 45 days after the Participants returns from the trip.
2.9. The Reward for staying at the Hotel in miles is calculated based on the rate of accommodation specified at the time of booking.
2.10. If the Participant does not agree with the condition of provision of the Reward in the framework of the “Double Cashback” Promotion, then the hotel accommodation option should not be added to the cart when the ticket is purchased.
2.11. The Reward granted as part of the Double Cashback Promotion cannot be combined with discounts and miles offered to Participants through other promotions with discounts and miles available at the moment of purchase.
3. Conditions for cancellation and modification:
3.1. No Reward is provided in the event a ticket or hotel is cancelled, as well as in the cases of no shows at the hotel / changes to the accommodation dates making them different from the date of transportation by more than 1 night, and for no shows for the flight.
3.2. Self-cancellation or self-change of the conditions of service is available at the “My Reservations” section of the s7.ru website. If assistance or consultation is required, the client should contact the call center at 8 800 700-0707.
4. Other conditions of the Promotion
4.1. These Conditions prevail in relation to any other information about this Promotion made available in the media and at the sales offices of S7 Airlines.
4.2. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these Conditions at any time without prior notice to Participants. Changes become effective at the moment of publication of the text of the revised conditions of the Promotion.
4.3. The rules for the transportation of passengers, baggage and cargo of Siberia Airlines PJSC are fully applicable to the transportation acquired for the purpose of fulfilling the conditions of the Promotion. The fare terms and rules for electronic purchases on the S7 Airlines website, which can be found on the relevant pages the S7 Airlines website, apply as well.
4.4. The Organizer undertakes to ensure complete confidentiality of each Participant’s Personal Data and not to transfer the personal information to third parties, with the exception of its subsidiaries, partners and in the cases when the disclosure of information is required by law.
4.5 In cases when the Organizer considers the actions / inaction of the Promotion Participant fraudulent, unfair and otherwise violating the conditions of participation in this Promotion, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Reward accrued during the period of this Promotion without notifying and explaining the reasons to the respective Participant.
4.6. S7 is not responsible for the loss of the Reward by the Participants, as specified in article .5 of these Rules, due to inaccurate data, as well as other reasons beyond S7’s control.
4.7. The Organizer reserves the right to change or supplement the present conditions of the Promotion at its discretion and to suspend and end the Promotion without prior notice to the Participants. Any changes become effective at the moment of publication of the text of the revised conditions of the Promotion.
4.8. S7 is not responsible for any actions or inaction by banks, for any technical failures during the payment process, including any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletion of data, defects, delays in operations or data transmission, connection failures, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to the entered data and alteration thereof.
4.9. By taking part in the Promotion, the Promotion Participant confirms his acceptance of the current conditions of the Promotion. The Promotion Participant, taking part in the Promotion in the manner described above, agrees to the fact that the mile bonus is used in accordance with the Rules and Conditions of the S7 Priority Program.
4.10. Each Participant of the Promotion accepts responsibility for the payment of all taxes (national, federal, local and others) related to the received Reward, as applicable.
4.11. The cash equivalent of the mile Reward is not provided.
4.12. These Promotion conditions prevail over the content of any brochure, newsletter or any other information or advertising material related to this Promotion.
4.13. These Promotion conditions are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation and any dispute regarding the Promotion must be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
4.14. All claims related to participation in the Promotion must be sent in writing to the Promotion Organizer at its registered addresses specified in these conditions.
4.15. To receive miles Reward, a Promotion Participant must indicate their real and accurate personal data. The Organizer and the Company are not liable for the inability to provide Miles in the event that a Program Participant fails to meet the requirement of indicating correct personal data.
4.16. Having provided their personal data, the Participant agrees that the Organizer has the right to use the data to realize the interests of the Participant. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, THIS IS TO TONIFY THE PARTICIPANT THAT AS PART OF TAKING THE REQUIRED ACTIONS TO REALIZE THE PARTICIPANTS’ INTERESTS, THE ORGANIZER PROCESSES THE PARTICIPANTS’ PERSONAL DATA. THESE ACTIONS ARE PERFORMED BY THE ORGANIZER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FEDERAL LAW NUMBER 152 “ON PERSONAL DATA” OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THESE CONDITIONS, THE PROCESSING OF THE PARTICIPANTS’ PERSONAL DATA REFERS TO ANY ACTION (OPERATION) OF A NUMBER OF ACTIONS (OPERATIONS) CARRIED OUT BY THE ORGANIZER WITH THE USE OF COMPUTERIZED MEANS OR WITHOUT THE USE OF SUCH MEANS IN RELATION TO THE PERSONAL DATA, INCLUDING COLLECTION, RECORDING, SYSTEMATIZATION, ACCUMULATION, STORAGE, VERIFICATION (UPDATE, ALTERATION) EXTRACTION, USE, TRANSFER (DISTRIBUTION, PROVISION, ACCESS), DEPERSONALIZATION, BLOCKING, DELETING, DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL DATA.
4.17. PARTICIPANT AGREES TO HAVE HIS PERSONAL DATA THAT HAS BEEN PROVIDED TO THE ORGANIZOR TRANSFERRED TO THIRD PARTIES — THE ORGANIZERS’ CONTRAGENTS, INCLUDING THE CASES WHEN SUCH TRANSFER RERPESENTS A CROSSBORDER TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ARTICLE 12 OF THE FEDERAL LAW REFERENCED ABOVE), IN THE CASES WHEN SUCH A REALIZATION IS NECESSARY FOR THE REALIZATION OF THE PARTICIPANTS’ INTERESTS AS PART OF PROVISION OF HIS AWARD THROUGH THE PROMOTION WITH THE CONDITION THAT SUBSEQUENT PROCESSING OF DATA BY RESPECTIVE THIRD PARTIES WILL BE IMPLEMENTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPLICABLE LEGISLATION OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION.
