As the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation # 991 dated July 6, 2020 has entered into force, the procedure for refunding tickets purchased before May 1, 2020 with the following flight dates has changed:

  • from February 1, 2020 on routes to/from China and Hong Kong (China);
  • from March 18 on all international and domestic routes.

If your flight has been canceled or you have decided to cancel your flight, you can use the amount you have paid for purchasing S7 Airlines tickets or obtaining additional services. For your convenience, the amount will be credited to a voucher. The voucher may be used during the period of 3 years starting from the flight departure date shown on the ticket that you are returning.

If your flight has been canceled by the airline or if you have canceled your flight for personal reasons, we will credit your with the full cost of your ticket without any deductions for making the change.

BASIC Economy A voucher is issued for the cost of unused transportation (tariff and fees)
FLEX Economy

If the passenger has not used the voucher after 3 years from the date of departure of the flight, he can apply for a refund:

  • By personal contact to the office of the representative office of Siberia Airlines JSC / office of LLC S7 Service.
  • By mail addressed to: 633104, the Russian Federation, Novosibirsk Oblast, Ob, Prospect Mozzherina, 10, suite 201.

Funds not used to pay for a new ticket or additional services by the Carrier are generating interest for the use of funds.

The interest rate for the use of funds corresponds to the key rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation effective during the applicable periods.

To issue a voucher, you must contact the place of purchase of the ticket.
