Miles are accrued automatically, if the passenger presents his/her membership card during booking or check-in for the flight, or specifies its number, and if personal data (surname, date of birth, and S7 Priority account number) in the ticket are identical to the data in Personal Profile.
It takes from 3 to 45 days from the date of flight to accrue miles in the system, depending on the departure airport. Welcome miles for new members are accrued together with miles for the first flight. If any of your flights is not credited, please, specify such flight data in the form below.
Before filing an application, please, make sure, that at least 3 days have passed from the flight date, and that data in the ticket are fully identical to the data in the member’s Personal Profile.
You can claim miles for S7 flights, which you took as a Member during last 12 months, and for flights with partner airlines — for last 6 months.
Claiming miles for flights with partner airlines, please, remember that not all fares are eligible for mileage accrual.
Please, note, that in case of registration in S7 Priority, the member may claim miles only for S7 flights taken within 6 months prior to his/her registration in the programme.
