Check-in now available 30 hours before departure
S7 Airlines, a member of the oneworld® global aviation alliance, has increased the online check-in period for its flights. Passengers can now check in 30 hours before the scheduled departure. (Previously, check-in was possible not more than 23 hours before departure).
This change increases convenience for passengers. Now, even when taking long flights with several connections, S7 passengers can check-in in advance for all of their flights.
During online check-in passengers can choose their cabin seat, and even pick their neighbours by viewing their profiles on the following social networks: Facebook, Vkontakte or Google+.
Online check-in saves time at the airport. Passengers with only hand luggage can proceed to the pre-flight security control area, and then their departure gate, immediately upon arrival at the airport. Passengers with baggage to check in must do so at a check-in counter not later than 40 minutes before the flight departure.
Tickets can be purchased at www.s7.ru, or on the mobile website m.s7.ru, or via the S7 iPhone app, or at any sales office. Up-to-the-minute flight information, and ticket booking and purchase, are also available by calling the Contact Centre on (free within Russia).
The airline has a wide internal route network, created on the basis of air transport hubs in Moscow (Domodedovo) and Novosibirsk (Tolmachevo).
