New opportunities for users of Flying Envelopes Service


S7 Airlines, a member of the oneworld global alliance, has increased the number of locations where correspondence can be sent from airport to airport via our airlines’ scheduled flights. 

From now on, the Flying Envelopes Service can be used to send letters and packages via regularly scheduled flights of S7 Airlines to the airports in Saratov, Saransk, Penza, Murmansk, Beloyarskiy, Kogalym and Talakan. 

In addition, S7 Airlines has lowered the cost of the service for sending letters and packages to a number of cities from Moscow, Saint Petersburg and Novosibirsk. Delivery fares for correspondence have decreased by 25-50% depending on the weight of the sent item. 

The new fares apply to correspondence sent from Moscow to Astrakhan, Lipetsk, Mineralnye Vody, Nizhny Novgorod, Penza and Yaroslavl; from Saint Petersburg to Bryansk, Saransk and Murmansk; and from Novosibirsk to Neryungri, Noyabrsk, Tyumen, Yakutsk and many other towns and cities served by the S7 Airlines network. For example, the minimum fare for sending an item weighing up to 0.5 kg from Moscow to Astrakhan, or from Saint Petersburg to Murmansk is 1,150 roubles instead of the former 1,600 roubles. 

The Flying Envelopes Service is available at 73 Russian airports, where S7 Airlines fly. The size of the item to be mailed should not exceed 250 х 350 mm. 

In order to arrange a delivery, please visit the airline’s representative office with your passport and sign a service provision agreement with us no later than 2 hours prior to the scheduled flight’s departure. The recipient of the correspondence can collect it at the destination airport, by showing their passport one hour after the flight has arrived1. Service cost can be calculated using the electronic calculator feature on the website.
