S7 Airlines and TripAdvisor developing partnership

S7 Airlines, a member of the oneworld® global aviation alliance, and the world’s largest travel site TripAdvisor® have concluded a partnership agreement. Booking a hotel through the website www.s7.ru has become easier than ever — other passengers’ reviews will help you make the right choice. 

Under the agreement S7 Airlines and TripAdvisor will cooperate in collecting passengers’ feedback on the hotels and publish it on their websites. At the end of the trip the passenger of S7 Airlines, who previously booked a hotel, will receive an email with a request to provide feedback on the hotel’s services. All feedback will be processed and moderated by TripAdvisor, and then published on the airline’s website. Based on passengers’ evaluation, each hotel will be assigned a rating corresponding to the level of services provided.

“More and more often passengers prefer to plan their trips by themselves — purchase air tickets, book a hotel, rent a car. Thanks to S7 Airlines additional services, all this can be purchased on the company’s website. Ratings and detailed reviews from travellers, who have already stayed at this or that hotel, will help our passengers better orient themselves and choose a hotel meeting their expectations”, Dmitry Chuyko, E-Business Director of S7 Group, noted.
