S7 Airlines increased passenger turnover by 21%
S7 Group1 member airlines summarized the results of their activity in April 2016. During the last month the airlines transported 892 500 passengers, which is 21% more, than in April 2015.
Main growth was still indicated on domestic routes. In April 682 860 passengers took flights of the airlines, which is 28.3% more, than a year before. 209 640 passengers took international flights, which is 2.2% more, than in April 2015.
7 275 flights were operated in April. Passenger turnover grew by 21% and reached 1 772 321 thousand pkm., cargo turnover grew by 20.5% up to 169 316 thousand tkm.
«In April the significant growth of the airlines’ indexes remained. In the summer schedule we open several new international flights, and in addition increase the frequency of flights on popular domestic and international routes. E.g. S7 Airlines now operates 12 daily flights from Moscow to Saint Petersburg, to Simferopol – seven flights, to Anapa – four flights, to Alicante and Tivat – two daily flights.
