S7 Airlines is the leader of electronic services
S7 Airlines is the winner of the Wings of Russia 2013 Award in the “The airline company of the year — the leader of the electronic commerce” category.

S7 Airlines was the first in Russia to launch online ticket sale on its own website and implement e-ticket, offer online check-in for a flight to its passengers, introduce a “Mobile boarding pass”, and develop a special iPhone app and the mobile version of the website.
In 2003 additional services available for purchase simultaneously with the air ticket were added to the website. Online check-in became available for passenger group bookings, online registration time was increased — now it starts 30 hours before the flight. Moreover the service enabling to pay for excess baggage online was added. Several iPhone app updates were developed, including integration with Passbook.
Three years running S7 Airlines becomes the strongest company in the sphere of electronic services development. According to the results of 2012 the airline was the winner of the “The best website for search and purchase of air tickets among airline companies” category, in 2011 S7 Airlines was recognized as the leader of Internet technologies development.
The airline has a wide internal route network, created on the basis of air transport hubs in Moscow (Domodedovo) and Novosibirsk (Tolmachevo).
In 2007 the company received an official IATA certificate as an IOSA (IATA Operational Safety Audit) operator, becoming the second air carrier in Russia to have successfully passed the full international audit procedure for compliance with operational safety standards.
S7 Airlines is among the top 5 of the most reputable Russian companies of 2017 and ranks the fourth among the most desirable Russian employers.
At the end of 2016, S7 Airlines became the winner of Skyway Service Award aviation award in three categories: the best airline in category “Economy Class, Domestic Scheduled Services”, “Best Loyalty Program” and “Best Online Customer Services”.
