A study of corporate reputation in Russia was conducted by Reputation Institute and the Russian consulting company EmCo based on the data obtained in a survey of Russian residents in the Q2 2017. The authors of the study consider the reputation as the emotional connection between the consumer and the brand, demonstrating that the consumer is ready to purchase and recommend the service, the financial community is interested in investing in this business, the media respond favourably to the company and the employees support its strategy.

Based on the survey results, each company is assigned points from 1 to 100. S7 Airlines scored 73.8 points, which defines it as a company with a strong business reputation. According to the Reputation Institute, the main drivers of reputation are high quality and reliability of services, innovation, the attractiveness of the company as an employer, corporate social responsibility, contribution to the protection of the environment, leadership, management effectiveness and financial efficiency of the business.
