S7 Airlines once again a partner of The Best of Russia

S7 Airlines, a member of the oneworld® global aviation alliance, has by tradition stepped forward as an official partner of The Best of Russia 2015 exhibition opening today in Moscow.

The Best of Russia Project is a collection of the best photos dedicated to a whole year of life in Russia, its people and memorable events. Any person interested in photography, be it an amateur enthusiast or a professional, can take part in The Best of Russia.

The exhibition will take place at the WINZAVOD Centre for Contemporary Art from March 16 until May 1, 2016, and upon its closure will be taken to other Russian regions — Perm, Kaliningrad and Novosibirsk. The transportation of The Best of Russia photo materials and equipment will be carried out by S7 Airlines.

Last year S7 Airlines used its website to launch the project #ХОЧУТУДАГДЕ, within which the visitors could describe the place of their dream by continuing the phrase “I want to go to a place, where…”, and the S7 Airlines team picked up a place on the map corresponding to the description given and recommended the member to go there on a journey.

Feeling inspired by this concept, the jury of The Best of Russia decided to further it within the format of the exhibition. This year The Best of Russia 2015 will offer for view works selected by the jury members and marked with the #iwanttogowhere hash tag. These photos reflecting in the best way the travelling dreams of people and inspiring them to go on a journey will be available at a special area of the exhibition.

S7 Airlines has been an official partner of The Best of Russia since 2008. The project’s geographical location corresponds to that of the airline’s route network and covers all the regions of Russia.
