S7 Airlines opens a new customer contact centre in Asia

S7 Airlines, a partner of the global aviation alliance oneworld®, announces opening of a new customer contact centre for passengers from China, Thailand, Japan and Republic of Korea.

Now you can make a free telephone call from the cities of the region and specify information concerning flight schedule and company services, book a ticket for S7 flight. Customer contact centre operators speak Chinese, Russian and English. Customer contact centre works round the clock.

Flights to the countries of Asia take a significant part in S7 Airlines route network. Airline company operates flights from the cities of Russia to Hong Kong, Beijing (China), Tokyo (Japan), in wintertime — Bangkok and Phuket (Thailand). Besides S7 Airlines together with Asiana Airlines operates code-share flights between Vladivostok and Seoul (Republic of Korea).
