S7 Airlines wins the Skyway Service Award

S7 Airlines, oneworld® global agirline alliance member, became the Skyway Service Award aviation award winner in three categories. Airline service in economy class on domestic flights, S7 Priority loyalty program, and online services for passengers were named the best by the passengers.

The annual industry award Skyway Service Award is given to Russian and foreign airlines for the best service and client programs. It is the only aviation prize in Russia where winners are selected not by experts, but by passengers, the users of airlines services.

S7 Airlines was named the best airline in the category “Economy-class domestic regular services.” “In 2016, S7 Airlines flights transported over 13 million passengers. It is very nice to receive the award, which is decided upon by these very passengers, based on their experience. This is the honest indicator of the efficiency of the airline. S7 Airlines always offers a convenient schedule, actively updates its air fleet, and introduces the most advanced technologies. S7 Priority frequent flyer program was named the best loyalty program among Russian airlines. In 2016, the number of S7 Priority participants exceeded 1.6 million. The program is constantly evolving, expanding the number of partners and giving new opportunities for even more comfortable travel for frequent flyers. In 2016, the program has also been recognized as the best with the Business Traveller Awards prize.

Voters also confirmed the status of S7 Airlines as the most technologically advanced airline in Russia, the industry leader in digital services, giving it the prize in the nomination “The best online services for customers”. Award Skyway Service prize was established by the AVIA.RU portal and supported by the Federal Air Transport Agency.
