S7 Airlines, a member of the oneworld® global aviation alliance, is celebrating the fifth anniversary of the S7 Priority frequent flyer programme. Currently, S7 Priority has more than 850 thousand air passengers as its members.

On the eve of the anniversary the airline took stock of the special event, which had been held from the 5th of July until the 5th of December 2013. Each member complying with the event’s conditions received one of the five gifts at their choice — five status segments, 5 000 bonus miles, a 50% discount for a business lounge invitation ticket, a free upgrade or free annual maintenance of their co-branded bank card.

Almost 42 thousand passengers, which took over 116 thousand flights in five months, participated in the event. More than eight thousand participants received gifts, the youngest winner being a 12 year old S7 Airlines passenger, while the oldest was 81. The most active participant was a passenger, who took 76 S7 Airlines flights in five months, whereas only five were enough to win.

S7 Airlines continues to develop its loyalty programme in order to offer its frequent flyers even more possibilities and privileges. The programme’s members can earn miles and get bonus tickets for flights of airlines based on all the continents of the world - airberlin, American Airlines, British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Finnair, Iberia, Japan Airlines, LAN Airlines, Malaysia Airlines, Qantas, Qatar Airways and Royal Jordanian, as well as about 20 affiliated airlines. Status members of the programme enjoy free access to more than 550 comfortable business lounges at airports all around the globe and a number of other privileges, including an increased baggage allowance and accelerated airport inspection procedure.

Members of the programme can have co-branded bank cards issued by the programme’s partner banks — Alfa-bank, UniCreditBank or the Bank of Moscow — and earn bonus miles using them to make their daily purchases.

The programme’s partners list includes hotel networks, car rental companies, sales networks and other companies offering services that S7 Priority members can enjoy while earning miles.
