S7 to operate more winter flights to Sochi than any other airline
This year’s upcoming ski season promises to be a special one for Sochi. Since last June, when the IOC selected Sochi last as one of the official candidate cities for the 2014 Winter Olympics, interest in the city amongst winter sports fanatics has massively increased.
Bearing this in mind, S7’s 2006-2007 winter timetable will maximize the number of Moscow-Sochi flights; we will operate 3 a day. The flights will depart Domodedovo Airport, Moscow, at 8:45 a.m., 1.10 p.m. and 4.45. p.m., and Sochi at 12.20 p.m., 4.50 p.m., and 8.20 p.m. Modern A-310 and Boeing 737-500 aircraft will be used for all the flights. We will continue to offer skiers and snowboarders free carriage of winter sports equipment.
In addition, S7, not for the first year, is running a special BIG AIR promotion, aimed at fans of active winter holidays. BIG AIR applies not only to the Moscow-Sochi route, but to a total of 17 services, including international ones). Apart from having their skiing equipment carried for free and accumulating bonus program points, participants in the BIG AIR promotion have the chance to receive a free air ticket to any ski resort to which S7 flies. More details about the promotion are at www.s7.ru.
You can find a flight timetable, check seat availability and book tickets on S7’s official website, www.s7.ru, or by calling (free from within Russia).
