Siberia Airlines demonstrates fast increasing of business volume


In 2001 Siberia Airlines started intensely to cooperate with Vnukovo Airlines. As the result of merging of the two carriers a high-powered air carrier with a unique geography of flights and a large fleet of trunk aircraft is expected to appear in the Russian air transportation market. On the summer schedule of 2001 Siberia Airlines operates 230 flights to more than 40 destination points in Russia and abroad. The passenger turnover of Siberia Airlines is the second largest among the Russian air carries summing up the results of the first six months of the current year. In March the Company became the prizewinner in Russian Travel Awards competition in nomination “The Best Russian Airline”.
