The Right to Selfie

The Right to Selfie

Everyone is entitled to the right to take a selfie1, wherever he/she is. Certainly, trips should not be an exception.

We noticed that the absence of the ability to take a selfie in the aircraft and share it with friends makes a trip less attractive for many people.

S7 Airlines attaches great importance to the rights of its passengers and has no intention to withhold their legal right to a selfie any longer. That is why the prohibition on taking photographs on board of S7 Airlines aircrafts is be cancelled.

To encourage everybody who was waiting for this opportunity so long, every month until the end of 2014 we will grant a free air ticket to the author of the best selfie taken on board or in front of an S7 Airlines aircraft.

To take part in the contest, you need to place a selfie in Instagram social network with hashtag #S7selfie, and to sign up for an account @s7airlines_official in Instagram.

The best photos will be published in S7 Airlines official profiles in social networks, and every month we will choose the most original peculiar and unusual selfie and reward its author. The main prize is a free air ticket for any S7 Airlines flight2.

We remind you that during takeoff and landing the use of electronic equipment is still prohibited, so please treat the request of flight attendants to switch off your cell phone with understanding.
