  • The service can be purchased online in the “My Reservations” section before or after buying a ticket.
  • You may use miles to pay for your luggage and seats before the check-in for your flight. After check-in starts, you may do this on the site, or at the check-in desk at the airport from which your flight is departing.
  • Special meals should be paid for 24 hours in advance.
  • Special meals are available for flights over 3 hours in duration.
  • Members may purchase the service both for himself/herself or for any other person he/she designates, provided that there are enough miles on the account and the member meets the conditions for receiving the rewards.
  • The service is available if there are enough miles on the member’s account, including miles for at least one S7 flight in the current or previous year.
  • Miles are debited at the time the service is ordered.
  • Voluntary return of miles for the purchase of additional services is not available.
  • Per company rules, the airline reserves the right to return miles for additional services at its discretion without customer consent.

Manage your S7 Priority Elite Status

Use your Miles to upgrade your elite status, extend its validity or acquire Gold status; services are provided in the Programme Service Centre.

Prepaid status

The service may be used to purchase the Gold status and is available for every participant whose account has at least 1 (one) flight with S7 starting from the registration in the Programme. The flight must be perfromed as a participant and with a mile-generating fare.

The minimum period of service is one (1) month.

One (1) month of using the status costs 15,000 rubles or 30,000 miles.

The cost of the service is calculated as the cost of 1 month × N months requested by the member.

A card certifying the status is virtual (it is displayed in your Personal Account). The plastic card is not manufactured.

The service is non-refundable.

Please note that setting the status in the Personal Account can take up to 7 working days. The transfer of information on the status to the booking system can take up to 10 days.

Paid extension of the status validity

The service is available only to those members who have not fulfilled 20% of qualifying conditions for a status confirmation.

If you use the service, the validity period of the status is extended for one (1) year in accordance with the Programme rules. The service is provided until the end of February, i. e. until the status is expired.

The cost of 1 segment/1,000 miles is:

  • 3,000 rubles or 7,200 miles for Gold and Platinum Members;
  • 2,250 rubles or 6,000 miles for Silver Members.

The service is non-refundable.

Please note that it takes up to 7 business days for the status to be reflected on your account. The status information is updated in the booking system within 10 days.

Status purchase

The service is available only to those members who have not fulfilled 20% of qualifying conditions for acquiring of a higher status.

If you use the service, the validity period of the status is set for one (1) year, in accordance with the Programme rules.

The cost of the service is calculated as the cost of 1 segment/1,000 miles × number of segments/amount of status miles which member needs to acquire the status.

The cost of 1 segment/1,000 miles is 3,000 rubles or 7,200 miles.
