1. Main terms and conditions
1.1. These terms (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) determine the procedure for conducting the Promotion “Sale for S7-Tinkoff Card Holders” (hereinafter referred to as “Promotion”).
1.2. The organizer of the Promotion is PJSC Siberia Airlines (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer” or “S7 Airlines”).
1.3. The Promotion is hosted on the S7 Airlines website at www.s7.ru (hereinafter referred to as “S7 Airlines website”).
1.4. The period of the Promotion is from March 22, 2019 to March 25, 2019 inclusive, with respect to the flights from April 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019.
1.5. In these Terms, words and expressions starting with capital letters may be interpreted solely within the definitions given in the text of these Terms:
Promotion Participants — legal adults, holders of a S7-Tinkoff joint bank card, wishing to take advantage of the discount when purchasing a ticket on the website for the specified Directions.
Discount — a price reduction up to 50% of the fare chosen by the Promotion Participant for a specified Direction. The Discount is calculated as the difference between the fares that are part of the same fare group and are associated with the same fare level before and during the Sale.
Directions — all travel routes of S7 Airlines’ own regular flights, tickets for which are eligible for the Discount during booking.
1.6. The Promotion is valid solely in relation to the purchase of a flight during the Promotion period mentioned in article 1.4.
The Promotion applies to S7 Airlines economy and business class one-way and round-trip fares (OW/RT) published on the S7 Airlines website for the specified Directions. Special rate fares, alliance fares, JPASS fares — the S7 Multi Pass business pass for 4 segments — do not participate in this promotion.
2. Rules of participation in the Promotion and the procedure for obtaining discounts with the Promotion
2.1. The Promotion enables a Promotion Participant to receive a Discount when paying for an order with a S7-Tinkoff joint credit card on the S7 Airlines website for the specified Directions and during the Promotion period.
2.2. Participants are eligible to participate in the Promotion if they having access to their S7 Priority Member-S7-Tinkoff card holder personal account on the website and in the S7 Airlines application.
2.3. To receive a discount, the Promotion Participant must:
- log in to their personal S7 Priority Member-S7-Tinkoff card holder account;
- on the “Payment” page, specify the payment details of the S7-Tinkoff card. If the payment details of another bank card are provided, the discount will not be applied, and the user will be notified accordingly.
2.4. A Participant can can make up to 5 purchases with the S7-Tinkoff card during the Promotion period.
3. Other conditions of the promotion
3.1. In case the flight purchased under the Promotion is refused, the refund of the payments received for the flight is carried out in accordance with the rules applicable to the fare selected for the purchase.
3.2. These Terms are dominant in relation to any other information about this Promotion, made available in the media and sales offices of S7 Airlines.
3.3. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time without prior notice to the Participants. Any changes come into force at the moment of publication of the text of the revised terms of the Promotion.
3.4. The rules for the carriage of passengers, baggage and cargo of PJSC Siberia Airlines, as well as the terms of the applicable fare and the rules of electronic purchase on the S7 Airlines website, which can be found on the respective pages of the S7 Airlines website, apply to the full extent to travel purchased under the Promotion.
3.5. The Discount cannot be applied in combination with discounts for children (from 0 to 2 years old and from 2 to 12 years old), provided by the rules of fare application, as well as discounts made available upon request as part of group or corporate travel booking.
3.6. In case of a voluntary change of the conditions of travel purchased under the Promotion, the Discount may be maintained exclusively in respect to the specified Directions and subject to reissuance of partially unused tickets (round-trip transportation) before and after the end of the Promotion period.
