Check-in online here. You’ll save time, and you can even choose your own seat(s). Then, simply print your boarding pass(es) before going to the airport.

At the airports of Moscow (Domodedovo), Simferopol, Surgut, Nizhny Novgorod, Novy Urengoy, Kazan, Ufa, it is possible to attend to passengers with a mobile boarding pass without printing out the standard (paper) boarding pass.

Online registration for the flights that are not listed in the list available for online registration, is considered not valid. During registration at the airport for passengers who register for such flights through the third-party system will be provided by other seats.

Check-in counters

Moscow, Domodedovo

At Domodedovo airport, our check-in counters are not divided by flight; passengers for all flights can register in the S7 zone at the same time. S7 Airlines’ bright green colour scheme makes the zone easy to spot.

Passengers on international flights must pass an additional visa, ID and carriage document control, following the immigration requirements of the countries on their itinerary. This check is performed by S7 visa control experts.

  • Check-in opens 36 hours before departure.
  • Check-in closes 40 minutes before departure.

Check-in counters:

  • 104–106 — business class passengers check-in;
  • 107 — late passengers check-in;
  • 108 — the responsible representative;
  • 110–125 — general check-in and additional baggage drop;
  • 126–129 — children check-in;

Documents required at the check-in counter:

  • A valid Russian or international passport, or other identification document acceptable under the applicable legislation and Clause 3.5.4. of S7 Rules and, if applicable, documents verifying special travel conditions for certain passengers or luggage (e.g. a medical or veterinary certificate.)   • For international flights: a valid visa. For children: an international passport with visa, and a notarized approval from parents or guardians, if applicable;
  • A ticket, or a printed e-ticket.

The itinerary receipt for your e-ticket lists all your flight information. For your convenience, we recommend that you keep it with you at all times during your journey.

Passengers should allow enough time before boarding to pass all airport formalities.

  • For domestic flights: passport and security control;
  • For international flights: customs and border control and, if necessary, quarantine and sanitary examination, immigration, veterinary, phytosanitary and other controls.

Passenger and baggage check-in are performed on the first floor of the terminal for domestic airlines or in the operation hall of the international airlines' terminal before the customs control line.
