Conditions of mileage accrual

  • Miles are credited to the passenger who used the service if he or she indicated his or her S7 Priority personal number. Also, the personal information specified in the passenger’s profile and the ticket or the service receipt must be identical.
  • Miles are credited no earlier than 10 days after the service is provided.
  • Miles redeemed for services cannot be refunded.
  • Miles are accrued only for services issued for money.
  • Miles for Extra Space Seat, Advance Seat Booking, Excess Baggage, Special Meals, Animal transportation and Service Class Upgrade services are credited regardless of whether the service was purchased on www.s7.ru, through the S7 Call Centre, at a check-in counter or at an S7 office.

Extra Space seat

Our Extra Space service makes your flights even more comfortable.

Now you can book seats in an economy class cabin with the seat pitch increased to 25 cm. Extra Space seats are the seats in the first row after the business class cabin and the row next to the emergency exit.

You can buy the service at the sales offices and the representative offices of the airline located at the airports of departure, as well as on www.s7.ru when you buy a ticket or check in for your flight online.

The cost of the service starts from 1,000 rubles and depends on the flight distance and the city of departure.


Online flight check-in

You can check in for the flight yourself on the S7 Airlines website. Save time for yourself and your fellow passengers. Just print out your boarding pass before you head off to the airport.


Service Class Upgrade

Treat yourself with our new Service Class Upgrade service.

Now all passengers with tickets bought at Economy fares can upgrade their service class to Business Class.

You can buy the service:

  • During the online check-in on the website (not earlier than 24 hours and no later than 3 hours before the departure).
  • At the check-in counter at the airport (no earlier than 3 hours before the flight, if the seats in the Business Class cabin are available). The cost of the service for one flight segment starts from 4,000 rubles and depends on the destination.


Special meals

Stay true to your taste even at the altitude of 10,000 meters. If our standard on-board menu does not suit your dietary requirements or religious beliefs, you can order special meals on all S7 Airlines flights that run longer than 3 hours.


Get miles for additional services on www.s7.ru.

Extra miles are awarded for hotel accommodation and car rental booked on s7.ru. Get 1 mile for every 20 rubles spent on booking.

Conditions of mileage accrual for additional services:

  • Miles are awarded for bookings made on s7.ru. Booking a hotel and / or car can be arranged both with the flight and separately. Car rental is carried out in partnership with rentalcars.com. Some rates are not subject to mileage accrual. Discounts and bonuses are not summarized.
  • Miles are credited to the passenger who has indicated his or her S7 Priority member’s personal number when purchasing the service and was the first in the list of passengers who were specified when booking the service.
  • According to the Terms and Conditions of the Programme Miles are credited within 45 days only to one card of the member of the Programme after the service was provided.
  • You can claim miles back by contacting the S7 Priority Service Centre within 150 days following the day when the service was provided.
