Terms of the «We Are Siberia» promotional campaign (hereinafter referred to as the «Terms»)

1. General provisions of the campaign (hereinafter referred to as the «Campaign»)

1.1. The Organizer of the «We Are Siberia» campaign is Siberia Airlines, JSC (hereinafter referred to as the «Organizer»), Main State Registration Number: 1025405624430, located at:

The partner of the «We Are Siberia» campaign is the «ECA» Interregional Environmental Public Organization (hereinafter referred to as the «Partner»), Main State Registration Number: 1107799034530, 117403 Moscow, 4 Nikopolskaya Street, TIN: 7724299109 / Tax Registration Reason Code: 772401001

1.2. The «We Are Siberia» campaign is a charity event, the goal of which is for the Organizer to raise the funds required by the Partner to plant trees in the Siberian Federal District.

1.3. The content of the Campaign is a voluntary and gratuitous transfer of funds and/or miles accumulated in an S7 Priority Program Member’s personal account for the planting of trees in Siberia.

1.4. The Campaign is not aimed at making a profit or earning any other income, and it is not a lottery.

2. Terminology used in these Terms

2.1. Website is a set of textual and graphical data on the Internet available to Internet users at any time and at any place of their choice, posted on www.s7.ru.

2.2. Personal Account is a personal account within the S7 Priority Frequent Flyer Loyalty Program (hereinafter referred to as the «Program»).

2.3. Mile is a unit of measurement used by the Program and credited to Program Members by the Organizer in accordance with the Program terms, entitling Program Members to claim rewards available within the Program.

2.4. Campaign Member (hereinafter referred to as the «Member») is either a physical entity who has reached the age of 18 or is a legal entity.

2.5. Program Member Account is an account that stores the Member’s personal data, his/her accumulated Miles, and the history of earning and using Miles. The personal account number is specified on the Member Card and serves as the Program Member ID.

2.6. Partner Account is an account in the Program assigned to the Partner by the Organizer for the purpose of accumulating Miles that have been transferred voluntarily and gratuitously by other Program Members to be used by the Partner in the future toward the aforementioned Campaign Goal.

Terms that are not defined in this section have their meaning specified in the Program Terms available for review in the Program section on the www.s7.ru website.

2.7. Campaign Account is a savings account created by the Organizer for transferring funds to the Partner.

3. Campaign implementation and participation procedures

3.1. The Campaign lasts from August 1, 2019 to September 1, 2019. The Organizer reserves the right to change the time frame for the Campaign without prior notice.

3.2. The Organizer informs Members about cooperating with the Partner by posting information in the appropriate section of the Organizer’s website at s7.ru/siberia.

3.3. One can become a Campaign Member by purchasing air tickets on the S7.ru website for flights to and from cities of the Siberian Federal District. The Organizer transfers 100 rubles from each round trip to the Campaign Account or 50 rubles from one way trips. In the case of transfers consisting of several legs in each direction, 50 rubles are transferred to the Campaign Account for each leg of the trip provided that at least one of them includes a participating destination:

3.4. Any Program Member can become a Campaign Member.

3.4.1. In order to participate in the Campaign, a Program Member should select the corresponding Campaign Account contribution method via the s7.ru/siberia web page.

3.4.2. Miles can be transferred from a Member’s account to the Fund’s account in set amounts of 500, 1000, 1500, 2000, and 2500 miles.

3.4.3. If a Member wishes to transfer over 2,500 miles to the Partner’s account, the Member should submit a corresponding application by contacting the Program Service Center.

3.4.4. Miles are transferred from a Member’s account to the Partner’s account in real time once the Organizer receives a corresponding request from the Member.

3.4.5. The Campaign Organizer exchanges Miles into the equivalent amount of money in accordance with the Program’s internal exchange rate and makes a subsequent transfer to the Campaign Account.

3.5. One can become a Campaign Member by using the Campaign Account fund transfer form available on the s7.ru/siberia web page. The minimum amount of transfer is 100 rubles.

The purpose of payment should be «Donation to the „ECA“ IEPO fund for reforestation, „We Are Siberia“ campaign; exempt from VAT.»

3.6. The website will display a real-time counter showing the number of trees for which funds have been collected.

3.7. The Organizer guarantees that the Campaign Partner has been selected based on its positive reputation and long-term experience in organizing similar tree planting events. The Campaign Partner is an independent charitable organization that organizes tree planting process on behalf of itself but within the framework of the contractual relationship with the Campaign Organizer. The Campaign Organizer exercises control over the use of funds transferred under this Campaign, as stipulated by the contractual relationship with the Partner, and receives regular reports on the Campaign’s implementation. Updates on the planting process are available on the http://posadiles.ru/ website. The Campaign Organizer shall not be held liable by Campaign Members who have transferred Miles or funds to the Campaign Account for the Partner’s inappropriate or untimely use of said funds transferred by the Organizer as part of this Campaign.

3.8. Participation in the Campaign is free.

4. Restrictions: compliance with current legislation

By participating in the Campaign, each Participant agrees to the following:

a) The Member agrees to comply with these Terms, as well as with Russian Federation’s current legislation;

b) The Campaign implementation terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, and any dispute regarding the Campaign shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation;

c) The Campaign Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, modify, or terminate the Campaign. The Organizer shall notify the Members by posting corresponding information on the Website no later than 10 (ten) days before the intended changes. The Miles and funds already transferred will still be credited to the Campaign Account;

d) Once an Application has been submitted in accordance with the above conditions, a Member cannot request for the Miles that were transferred to the Charitable Fund’s account to be refunded.

5. Use of information

5.1. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, THIS IS TO INFORM THE MEMBER THAT AS PART OF THE REQUIRED ACTIONS FOR FURTHERANCE OF THE MEMBER’S INTERESTS, THE ORGANIZER PROCESSES THE MEMBER’S PERSONAL DATA. THE ORGANIZER CARRIES OUT THESE ACTIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL LAW NO. 152 «ON PERSONAL DATA» OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING IN THE CONTEXT OF THESE TERMS REFERS TO ANY ACTION (OPERATION) OR A SET OF ACTIONS (OPERATIONS) CARRIED OUT BY THE ORGANIZER WITH OR WITHOUT THE USE OF AUTOMATION WITH REGARD TO PERSONAL DATA, INCLUDING COLLECTING, RECORDING, SORTING, COMPILING, STORING, VERIFYING (UPDATING, REVISING), EXTRACTING, USING, TRANSFERRING (DISTRIBUTING, PROVIDING, ACCESSING), DEPERSONALIZING, BLOCKING, DELETING, DESTROYING PERSONAL DATA.

THE PARTICIPANT AGREES TO THE TRANSFER OF HIS/HER PERSONAL DATA THAT IS PROVIDED TO THE ORGANIZER TO THIRD PARTIES, WHICH ARE THE ORGANIZER’S COUNTERPARTIES (INCLUDING CASES WHEN SUCH TRANSFER IS A TRANS-BORDER TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 12 OF THE AFOREMENTIONED FEDERAL LAW), IN CASES WHEN SUCH TRANSFER IS NECESSARY FOR FURTHERANCE OF THE OF THE MEMBER’S INTERESTS WITHIN THE CAMPAIGN, PROVIDED THAT SUCH TRANSFER AND SUBSEQUENT PROCESSING OF THE PERSONAL DATA BY THE CORRESPONDING THIRD PARTY WILL BE CARRIED OUT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CORRESPONDING LAW OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION.
